First of all, I already knew that about wheel lug bolts/nuts.<quoted text>
A person afflicted with a mental handicap, whatever that handicap is, is not a crazy person. That term is as outdated as "tard" (Rogue tm reg'd).
Remember when you lost all the bolts on one of your wheels directly under the window of an asylum from which a patient was looking out?
You were looking at your wheel that was about to fall off and the inmate asked what was wrong. You replied that you had lost all the bolts on one wheel, were now stuck there and no idea what to do.
The inmate thought for a split second, and said "Hey, take a bolt from each wheel, that'll be 4 bolts, and install them on that wheel.
"Hey,", you said, "that's a terrifice idea. Where'd you get that, given that you're in a mental asylum and crazy"
"Well," said the inmate, I may be crazy, but I'm not stupid".
You are right, they are mentally handicapped and you are crazy!
Oh, should we let blind people drive cars? And if they continue to drive, what should we do with them?
