And you called them gooks, now did you? And what did this disrespect for your foe earn you?
I did not kill them with little bullets. First i called in 155 mm arty, and then a Cobra strike and then four A-1's napalmed the area. The good new is we did not loose one American that day!

His gun didn't even leave its holster. Birfoon cowboy fantasy over, yet again.
And just where did you get your quote? That is not what he said in his interview. He said he pointed his gun at the shooter but did not shoots as there was people running behind the shooter and he was afraid he might hit one. But the shooter saw him and his gun, so he dropped his AR-15 and fled.
Still can't accept reality. Sad, very sad. Oh, I have drawn down on two people, I did not shoot, but I got my point across. That is why I like stainless steel guns, the bad guys see them real quick and decide to go elsewhere.

Did you know that the NFL is a tax-exempt nonprofit?
by Jay

Once in a while, I run across something that I did not know and it leaves me flabbergasted.

For example, I did not know that the National Football League, the colossus of professional sports, is classified as a non-profit — a tax-free non-profit, to be more specific. That’s right: The NFL has its own exemption, written into federal law, that makes it exempt from federal corporate taxes.

Interesting. Even you have found that you are not worthy of your own time. Ha ha. You definitely do NOT measure up, not even at the birther level, and THAT says it all.
As I've often said, you wouldn't even qualify as fertilizer.
When are you going to understand no one with a lick of sense would want to measure up to any standard of yours? You're just an old, angry, bitter and self-loving scumbag. Absolutely nothing to measure up to! Nada! Not to mention your measuring stick only goes as high as a tickturd. LMAO!!!

Why do I then feel freer than you and much less enslaved? You are enslaved to birther fantasies, to Pravda, to the NRA and the John Birch society. I am enslaved to no one except art, travel, allkinds of good music from rock to country to classical to opera, interesting people and good food. The kind of slavery I can live with. What's your pleasure?

Hmmm, suspicious though don't you think, Poppo? The Judge's name is "England". Now , if that ain't enough for an investigation into this judge's background, then I don't know what is.
You have to be totally stupid if you don’t believe a young teen aged girl hatched a conspiracy some 50 odd years ago so that her mixed race child could one day become president. And to make sure he had every chance in the world she would name him Barack Hussein Obama II. Why even a 4 year old child can see that.

Of course the birfoon found out very quickly on the evening of Nov, 6th last that the majority of the electorate are not 4 year old children nor did they care much for Mitt Romney or his Republican Guard (Protectors of the rich) who’ve apparently seemed to have lost their way and actually believe that 47 percent of “American Citizens” are freeloaders and not deserving of anything save their contempt.

Obviously a great campaign strategy for a loser, but he was right about the 47 percent. That is the 47 percent who fell for his bullshit.

Still beating the same old dead horse again.

Let's go through each statement.
1. " Barack Obama was born the son of a Kenyan British subject, our laws do not allow us to take away his Kenyan citizenship."
Answer: Kenyan laws took away his Kenyan citizenship automatically when he became 21 years old.

Kenya Constitution, Chapter VI, Section 97 states:

A person who, upon the attainment of the age of twenty-one years, is a citizen of Kenya and ALSO A CITIZEN OF SOME COUNTRY OTHER THAN KENYA SHALL, subject to subsection (7), cease to be a citizen of Kenya upon the specified date unless he has renounced his citizenship of that other country, taken the oath of allegiance and, in the case of a person who was born outside Kenya. made and registered such declaration of his intentions concerning residence as may be prescribed by or under an Act of Parliament.

2." If he gave up his citizenship to live in Indonesia, then that is between him and Indonesia."

Answer: An United States citizen either adult or a CHILD doesn't give his or her citizen by merely living in another country.

The applicable statute governing a United States citizen intent to renounce his or her citizenship is 8 U.S.C. 1481 which provides in relevant part:

Section 1481 -Loss of nationality by native-born or naturalized citizen; voluntary action; burden of proof; presumptions

(a) A person who is a national of the United States whether by birth or naturalization, shall lose his nationality by voluntarily performing any of the following acts with the intention of relinquishing United States nationality-"

The operative phrase in this section is "VOLUNTARILY performing any of the following acts with the INTENTION of relinquishing United States nationality"

The fact that Obama WHO WAS SIX YEARS OLD AT THE TIME was registered by his step father under the name "Barry Soetoro" and his citizenship listed as Indonesian is of no legal relevance and does not constitute a minor's explicitly renouncement of his US citizenship. Supreme court cases have held a citizen must have the requisite intent to renounce his United States citizenship. I am afraid that in this case Obama a SIX YEAR OLD CHILD, being a minor, lacks the legal capacity to show intent to renounce his citizenship. See Vance v. Terrazas, 444 U.S. 252 (1980)(requirement of preponderance of the evidence that person intent to renounce his citizenship), Afroyim v. Rusk, 387 U.S. 253 (1967)(loss of citizenship required the individual's assent).

And it is equally well established in our law that the plaintiff, while an infant could not divest himself of such citizenship, whether by his own acts, or the acts of his parentsPodea v. Marshall, 83 F. Supp. 216,219 (ED NY 1949).(internal citations omitted)

3. "If Obama traveled under an Indonesian passport, then he claimed Indonesian citizenship."

Answer: After five years of "investigation" there is not iota of "proof" that Obama had any passport other than the United States
