It’s amazing how Fox and the right wing echo chamber has convinced these knuckle heads that unions are the enemy when the unions are the only lobby left standing between their right to work for a decent wage and not to be treated like shit by their employer.
The disconnect from reality is astonishing. As usual Rogue is way off base with respect to of Hostess. The CEO’s not only ran a decent company in the ground, but also screwed the workers royally.

You're wrong. If you are skilled in your occupation or profession and your skills are in demand, you will be well paid. There are two problems with Unions. They try and inflate pay commensurate to their skills and performance and they skim off the people's hard earned pay.
When "bakers" are making $85,000 a year and they get upset they have to help pay for their retirements, something is wrong. When you have to have duplicate jobs to accomplish a task, something is wrong.
When I was trucking, 1993-2006, I went to a lot of warehouses and and union shops were the worst. I have refused to deliver to some customers it was that bad. I would rather make deliveries to Walmart and Publix and Albertsons, Food Lion and a few others. Winn-Dixie was one of the few union shops that treated truck drivers fairly well.

Wrong, Rogue. Okay, I'll accept that a baker was earning upwards of $85,000 a year. Will you accept that the CEO was earning over $1.5 million a year, and with his exec minions paid in the millions? Do you accept that the CEO should earn upwards of 15 times the annual emolument that the indispensable baker earns? Is that a good ratio? Can the baker do without the company? NO. Can the company do without the baker? NO. CEO should by all rights earn more than the baker, yes, I agree, but 15 times more? Why? Does he own the company? NO. Is he the company's founder? In most cases, NO.

I've dealt with unionized AND non-unionized people all my life. Some good, some bad from both on an equal basis. Sorry you had bad experiences, but I ask, why were the unionized Winn-Dixie okay and not the others?

As I asked before, Rogue, are the big guys paying you for being in their servitude?

Just look at the union thugs at the protest in Michigan where the union thugs attacked old people and handicapped people in wheel chairs.

See No Union Violence, Report No Union Violence
By John Fund

“We had been contacted by that group that they had three or four people that were actually trapped underneath the tent,” Lieutenant Mike Shaw of the Michigan State Police told MLive.com , which filmed the incident.“Two of them were in wheelchairs and there was also a propane tank in there. So we had to send troopers out, and naturally, the crowd was not too receptive.” Indeed, MLive.com reported that troopers were called scabs and were often blocked from going through the crowd. Luckily, no one was injured and everyone was able to leave the tent before it completely collapsed.

Conservative comedian Steven Crowder wasn’t so lucky. Film footage showed union protesters yelling “Kill him!” at him, then punching him in the face. He later Tweeted photos himself with a cut on his forehead and a chipped tooth.

AFL-CIO rep Eddie Vale deplored “the actions taken by a small group of people” but then claimed they were taunted into it.“The disciples of James O’Keefe were attempting to instigate the crowd all day,” he told reporters.

I couldn’t find any footage of such instigation on the many left-wing websites I perused. It’s possible it wasn’t caught on tape, but there were an awful lot of amateur cameras in Lansing on Tuesday. On the other hand, if you watched almost all the TV news reports and read the Associated Press’s 27-paragraph account of the Lansing protests, you would never have learned of the collapsing AFP tent or the attack on Steven Crowder. Luckily, independent videographers were there to record the incidents and make sure they don’t completely disappear down the memory hole. But as far as most of the mainstream media were concerned, the incidents didn’t happen.

You do know that CEO's have to "earn" what they get and if they don't, they will be fired. That is how corporations work.
Corporations are owned by the shareholders and and if they don't like what the CEO is doing, they can him. And then they go out and hire a CEO who will. And just like a movie producer who will get a high paid actor, the hires a high paid CEO who will bring home the bacon.
Tell me Jacques, to you get upset about the amount of money "some" actors, athletes, musicians, singers, etc. make? Why not hire a second rate actor so you can have cheaper tickets?
Oh, they do have a professional baseball team here in Jacksonville but it is not major league, it is MINOR league. But you can get just as much entertainment and save money, can't you?
I have never been to the races in Daytona but I have been to a local dirt track and I enjoy it a whole lot better.

There is a race track near East St. Louis, IL which is now called the Gateway Motorsports Park but back in the mid-1990's is was just a local track. I was stuck at the truck stop across the street one weekend so I walked over to see the local drag race. I use to enjoy it. They had the local boys, and a few girls, all armatures just enjoying themselves.
And then someone expanded it into something much bigger and now it is no longer interesting to me. You don't have to pay big bucks to get entertained.

There you go again making something racial. A "knuckledragger" is;
1. knuckledragger
A really dumb redneck, country bumpkin
Larry The Cable Guy ain't nothin' but a knuckledragger

2. knuckledragger
Someone who's intelligence is less than or equal to that of your average caveman.
Wow, he really thought spending 803 Billion dollars we don't have was the way to fix the economy. What a knuckledragger!
buy knuckledragger mugs & shirts
http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php...
Now, you Libtards want to make it a race issue when many of us never used it that way. To me a kuckledragger is a Neanderthal-type [Libtard] and the last I heard Neanderthals were WHITE!!!
It is like the thyme Baa baa black sheep. It had nothing to do with black people. Why do you Libtards always have to make something a racial issue when the original meaning had nothing to do with skin color?

Bus Stop Quiz
You are driving down the road in your car on a wild, stormy night, when you pass by a bus stop and you see three people waiting for the bus:

1. An old lady who looks as if she is about to die.

2. An old friend who once saved your life.

3. The perfect partner you have been dreaming about.

Which one would you choose to offer a ride to, knowing that there could only be one passenger in your car?

Think before you continue reading.

This is a moral/ethical dilemma that was once actually used as part of a job application.

You could pick up the old lady, because she is going to die, and thus you should save her first.

Or you could take the old friend because he once saved your life, and this would be the perfect chance to pay him back.

However, you may never be able to find your perfect mate again.

YOU WON'T BELIEVE THIS..........

The candidate who was hired (out of 200 applicants) had no trouble coming up with his answer.

He simply answered:'I would give the car keys to my old friend and let him take the lady to the hospital.

I would stay behind and wait for the bus with the partner of my dreams.'

Sometimes, we gain more if we are able to give up our stubborn thought limitations.

Never forget to 'Think Outside of the Box.'

HOWEVER....,

The correct answer is to run the old lady over and put her out of her misery because Obama's health care won't pay for her hospital visit anyway, have sex with the perfect partner on the hood of the car, then drive off with the old friend for a few beers.

God, I just love happy endings...
