Just read the opinion. You might try reading opinions sometime rather than blindly pasting anything you find at a birfoon site.

Tell ME how that's done ...
Since it's irrevocable ...

A person who wants to renounce U.S. citizenship cannot decide to retain some of the privileges of citizenship, as this would be logically inconsistent with the concept of renunciation.
...
Renunciation is the most unequivocal way in which a person can manifest an intention to relinquish U.S. citizenship. Please consider the effects of renouncing U.S. citizenship, described above, before taking this serious and irrevocable action.

Sorry loser, you were totally and blissfully unaware that he said persons born here could not become aliens except by naturalizarion in a foreign country. You were also unaware of the context of the opinion because you never read it. Let me remind you, it concerned how a citizen loses nationality, not how a person gains US citizenship. Furthermore, it was not a "ruling" as you stupidly declared.
Does that refresh your memory?

Again, the opinion, cited by birfoon web sites, was written by Atty. Gen. George Williams in response to a hypothetical question put to him by President Grant. Grant asked how it might be accomplished. If you are interested in Williams' reply you might read it.

BTW, regaining citizenship is not "retaining some of the privileges" of citizenship. UR on the wrong page. After the alien, formerly a citizen, renounces, he is not precluded from applying for naturalizarion . Thus a born citizen cannot regain natural born status. In that respect renunciation is truly irrevocable and irreversible.

Empty, hollow, shallow, materialistic, unAmerican, insignificant and irrelevant. Pathetic by any standards. It takes courage to have faith jacqazz and you have none. Sad, very sad. But hey, being a failure is your own fault. Or is Bush's fault?
Okay, now I'm LMAO. Is your so-called "family" the same one you ignored while you were posting all day on Thanksgiving?

Rogue's orgasms happen for different reasons, namely, an upcoming Obama BC court challenge, risng unemployment, firing of workers, preferably union workers, or the one he enjoys the most, a big drop in the DJIA. Some people will use porn to stimulate themselves and attain sexual gratification. No such thing for ole Rogue, USA bad news is what gets his rocks off.

Is that a pathetic attempt by FOX to make a liar out of governor Christi Mr. Liars? Are they still blaming Romneyís loss and bad convention on Obamaís unique ability to bring on hurricanes with his Kenyan rain dance?

All persons born a citizen in this country have always been natural born citizens. All persons born a citizen a country have always been natural born citizens of their country. That is true for common law and international law. No one born a citizen in this country has ever been held a citizen but not natural born save for those who may have been naturalized after previous renunciation. You do not know of what you speak.

Cadet quits, cites overt religion at West Point
By By MICHAEL HILL | Associated Press Ė

ALBANY, N.Y.(AP)ó A cadet quitting West Point less than six months before graduation says he could no longer be part of a culture that promotes prayers and religious activities and disrespects nonreligious cadets.
Blake Page announced his decision to quit the U.S. Military Academy this week in a much-discussed online post that echoed the sentiments of soldiers and airmen at other military installations. The 24-year-old told The Associated Press that a determination this semester that he could not become an officer because of clinical depression played a role in his public protest against what he calls the unconstitutional prevalence of religion in the military.
"I've been trying since I found that out: What can I do? What can I possibly do to initiate the change that I want to see and so many other people want to see?" Page said. "I realized that this is one way I can make that change happen."
