Well, well, Justice Dale. Or should I say Justice ha ha Dale. What a joke. What a non-funny joke. The Justice of the court, ha ha Dale, informs us now, after wasting the courts' time, at considerable taxpayer expense with her frivolous suits, yes, Justice ho ho Dale informs his court jester birfoon birhter buffoons that Oily Taitz, all this time, was a diversion, a smoke screen, in other words, she works for Obama. Well, if she was acting, she should get an Oscar.
I hope she's ready for the onslaught that awaits her now. Being ex-Russian, and as long as she seemed to be against Obama, was a big PLUS, yessir, an ex-Russian who knew the miseries of non-freedom and economicy misery. Found the US, a haven. Now that she is presumed to be an Obama Ally by Justice ho ho Dale, she will be transformed into a communist spy, a socialist, why, worse, a democrat. It doesn't get any better than this. I can't wait for the birfoon reactions to Justice Ho Ho Dale's announcement.
Excitting isn't it!!!

From Feudalism to Consent : Rethinking Birthright Citizenship

In other words, birthright citizenship is contrary to the principle of consent that is one of the bedrock principles of the American regime.

Just how much does a mule and 40 acres cost these days?
I can just see it now. Your house. In front, a statue of a black man, barefoot, knee-lenght overalls, straw hat, holding a lantern, a well to his right, all in resplendent plastic.

And at the gate, ha ha, this is too much, Justice ho ho Dale, a plaster lion on each side of the driveway. What a sight.

What in the world do you mean by 1/3 of a 15M energy co? Should I be impressed? NOT.
You do NOT care if your country defaults (it won't, thanks to Obama) as long as it hurts Obama. Phoney.
I dislike his policies. Take that however you like. I also dislike the "fact" there "are" questions of his eligibility, which he chooses not to simply put to rest. Our country won't default? Thanks to Omama our credit rating has been downgraded twice! You say Omama will prevent the U.S from defaulting. I laugh. Are you the least bit sane? Now, shhhh....

Eh?

Have two of them, but they are painted white and are placed in storage, very collectible. Yep, they are cast iron and in ridding silks, with a ring in their hand.

Too bad none of his arguments apply to Obama who was born to an AMERICAN mother. And maybe his insipid ideas about consent of the people can be applied to children of parents who refuse to use deodorant!

If you don't understand what he said, why did you bring it up as proof of your fantasy even though his comments were contrary? The one comment directed squarely to the matter contradicts your fantasy.
BTW, you changed your tune and said he had part of it right after you discovered your foot in the dog poo. But you quoted an opinion at odds with your fantasy. You cannot change that, loser.

This isn't good news for Republicans because a large majority (53 percent to 38 percent) of the electorate blames George W. Bush not Barack Obama for the condition of today's economy.

WHY I'M SUING NBC
On the night of February 26, 2012, after enduring a prolonged physical attack from Trayvon Martin, screaming for help countless times and receiving no help, and all the while in fear for my life, I shot Trayvon Martin in self-defense. I did not shoot to take his life, I shot to save my own.

The night of the shooting I was taken to the Sanford police station and was read my Miranda rights. Aware I had the right to remain silent, I chose to tell investigators what happened. In the hours and days that followed, I cooperated completely with the authorities, and during that thorough investigation, the consensus among law enforcement was that I should not be charged.

However, in the days and weeks following the shooting a story was promoted that I am a racist and a murderer. These untruths spread through the community, the government, and the nation, amplified by a media frenzy seeking ratings over truth. This was no more apparent than when NBC repeatedly edited the recording of a call I made, intentionally misrepresenting me as a racist. Unfortunately, their plan worked, truth suffered that day, and my family and I have suffered every day since. That is why I am filing a lawsuit against NBC. The details of the complaint can be found on a website created by my legal team: www.gzvnbc.com .

What happened that night was a tragedy: a tragedy that NBC exploited, creating an opportunity for profit. I am holding NBC accountable for its actions. If NBC had not spread lies and falsifications about me, this lawsuit would not exist. This lawsuit is a product of NBC's intentional distortion of facts. I do not know, because of my situation, how I will be able to provide for my wife and myself in the future, and so I expect NBC to be held responsible. The unjustified public persecution of me because of NBC's actions is wrong. It shouldn't have happened to me, and it shouldn't happen to anyone.

In the last several months, the prosecutors have released evidence regarding this case, and the evidence speaks for itself regarding my innocence. As this lawsuit moves forward, I hope the existence of this exonerating evidence will be broadcast with at least a fraction of the publicity afforded to the lies and misrepresentations. I deserve that and those who have been misinformed deserve that. However, that will be up to the ethical journalists who will spread the truth without regard or concern for political or social pressure.

Which "proves" ya can't FIX stupid!
Bush Derangement Syndrome
...
It has been 25 years since I discovered a psychiatric syndrome (for the record:“Secondary Mania,” Archives of General Psychiatry, November 1978), and in the interim I haven’t been looking for new ones. But it’s time to don the white coat again. A plague is abroad in the land.

Bush Derangement Syndrome: the acute onset of paranoia in otherwise normal people in reaction to the policies, the presidency — nay — the very existence of George W. Bush.

Now, I cannot testify to Howard Dean’s sanity before this campaign, but five terms as governor by a man with no visible tics and no history of involuntary confinement is pretty good evidence of a normal mental status. When he avers, however, that “the most interesting” theory as to why the president is “suppressing” the 9/11 report is that Bush knew about 9/11 in advance, it’s time to check on thorazine supplies.

When Rep. Cynthia McKinney first broached this idea before the 2002 primary election, it was considered so nutty it helped make her former Rep. McKinney. Today the Democratic presidential front-runner professes agnosticism as to whether the president of the United States was tipped off about 9/11 by the Saudis, and it goes unnoticed. The virus is spreading.
==========
Meaning of term

Krauthammer defined Bush Derangement Syndrome as "the acute onset of paranoia in otherwise normal people in reaction to the policies, the presidency—nay—the very existence of George W. Bush". This term is most closely associated with liberal reaction to Bush policies past and present.[2][3] While Krauthammer's column was somewhat tongue-in-cheek (e.g., "What is worrying epidemiologists about the Dean incident, however, is that heretofore no case had been reported in Vermont, or any other dairy state"), the term indicates a belief that some extreme criticisms of President Bush are of emotional origins rather than based on facts or logic. The term has been widely adopted by other writers in the political arena.

Sorry loser, you were totally and blissfully unaware that he said persons born here could not become aliens except by naturalizarion in a foreign country. You were also unaware of the context of the opinion because you never read it. Let me remind you, it concerned how a citizen loses nationality, not how a person gains US citizenship. Furthermore, it was not a "ruling" as you stupidly declared.
Does that refresh your memory?
