About six years ago I saw a hit and run that caused a pickup truck to leave the roadway and into a ditch. I was about a quarter of a mile behind them when I saw the accident so I stopped as the other car took off.
So I dialed 911 and waited for the cops. The guys in the p/u where Hispanics and it looked like they had a yard service equipment in their old truck which was totaled. When the cops show up the cops asked "me" what I had done. At least the Hispanics stood up for me.
The cops asked me to describe the other car and all I could tell them it was a little black car but from a quarter mile away, what would anyone see.
I was doing this talking from the front of my truck and when the azz-hole cops where trough with me I told they to wave at my video dash camera!!!
Oh, my camera is wide angle so anything more than a few hundred feet is meaningless. I put my dash-cam in to protect myself from lying bastard cops!!!
