If the affair was with a subordinate, that is another matter. If so, he should be court-martialed. Our Canadian Kandahar commander was caught doing "it" with an officer of lower rank. He was court-martialed, and had to resign his commission. Ironically, he now works for a U.S. security contractor in...Afghanistan. Just like politicians of all parties, these guys all have a parachute.
