I will relish taking you apart on this one Terri. It goes like this:

1. First of all, I paid zero tax $$.
2. I used a 1031(a) Reverse Starker exchange. Refied out tax free monies. No taxes.
3. I was well within the 180 day limit on ID/naming the other properties.
4. The deal was executed flawlessly. No taxes, arms-length transaction of the money between me, escrow/bank/accommodater, and went flawlessly. IRS sanctioned, approved, and completed. Bottom line: no money in, all money out. Transferred into new properties tax free, no money down. Income increased, let's do it again!

It went perfect. Obviously you are way out of your element in here. You are so bereft in terms of your intelligence and knowledge that it is like taking candy from a baby for me. You have been schooled, and owned by the facts, the law, and by technique. You have no leg to stand on here. You are ignorant and don't even know how stupid you sound.
