Rules and regulations are written for a reason, they are to be followed.
Laws are written and must be followed.
Requirements must be met.
The burden is on the candidate to prove that he meets the eligibility requirements.
Then why can't you prove that I am wrong???
It is important to note that Obama's document is a fraudulent long form birth certificate, making the short form fraudulent as well.
Obama's long form birth certificate has no State seal of authenticity, and contains a one-of-a-kind error that is not present on any other known Hawaiian birth certificate, and has a date stamp and registrars stamp that can be moved around on the digital document proving that it is not a scan alone.
It is a computer-built fraudulent document that was not created by Hawaii DOH.
Do you possess even one functioning brain-cell?
Unfortunate that you cannot produce the very cornerstone of your argument, but continue to copy-n-paste the same birther lies and expect others to prove you wrong. Such a low functioning individual you obviously are.

Gee, just a few moments back I provided the link to the article that shows the top 10 states that comprise the 47%'ers are primarily southern red states.

Did you miss it?

Must suck to be a lifer and wrong so many times.

So let's set that speculation aside and look at who the people are who actually pay no income tax. Romney's statements are a little unclear, but it appears that the 47 percent figure represents all of those who pay no income tax, rather than the Democratic base. His problem is that those people are disproportionately in red states -- that is, states that tend to vote Republican:

Are they paying lot of federal taxes in Detroit, jo jo?

I don't think so.

We know that the majority of blacks and mexicans overwhelmingly support Obama, we also know they tend to be in the lower income brackets, therefore we know they are a large part of the 47% who pay no federal taxes.

Common sense also tells us that the liberal elite who scream for higher taxes and more welfare have no intention of seeing their own taxes go up. Anyone who believes that is naive or a fool, or both.

While you might not think so, you offer no data, facts, links to support you claim. Sorry if you don't like the truth.

That's the trouble with folks. When something comes along that they don't like, they just bury their head in the sand and pretend it isn't so.

How would you characterise GW Bush?
His biggest mistake was Iraq, other than that he did a great job, considering he had to deal with the aftermath of 9/11, a little fact liberals ALWAYS ignore. In 2007 he had the deficit down to around $180 billion dollars, pretty good I say, especially comparing him to Mr. Trillion dollar plus Obama.

He also sounded the warning on the coming subprime mortgage disaster and was shouted down by the likes of criminal Bawney Frank when he tried to reform F and F..

1)'majority of blacks and mexicans support Obama'...OK

2)'tend to be in the lower income bracket'...OK

3)'large part of the 47%...that's a stretch and an assumption...false

You are just ignoring the data.....still stuck with your head in the sand.

Detroit is a disaster, a disgrace, do we really need a pie chart to say Detroiters aren't paying a lot in federal taxes? Really?

Do we need a graph to show minorities in the lower income groups aren't paying federal taxes and in fact are receiving federal monies?

Really?

Do you think raising the tax on the rich to 39% will save America?

My single girlfriend ensconced in the middle class is not looking forward to her taxes going up next year, BTW.

Amazing. It's election night and birfoons are still quibbling over Play Law.

Go figure.

Whoever wins, wins, and birfoon play law theories will never amount to a bucket of spit.
