Vote Romney to Lose wrote: <quoted text> Reality??? You can continue to fool yourself with your delusions. Nothing was taken out of context other than your fantasy. “Admittedly, we publish some misinformation by columnists, as does your publication and every other journal that contains opinion.” He is actually right about the fact that many news organizations publish opinions that are not factually vetted. Farrah told the truth.
I am still waiting for you to prove that WND has ever published misinformation with the intent of deceiving their readers. Kentucky Klown Kar's famous tactic is to take anything s/he can out of context. Why can't Kentucky Klown Kar just go on to show that the rest of the interview pointed out the many many many ways in which WND purposely misleads its readers and fails to retract their "misinformation?" Kentucky Klown is fully aware that Farah was hedging his words by the normal birfoon tactic of "B-b-but they do it too." Credible news sources retract and correct their mistakes. Last WND retraction -- 2006. You've finally admitted that Farah said those words, Klown Kar. Now it's time to go on and put them in context. I have faith you can do that in another 3 or 4 years.

The unsophisticated and naive whose fantasy world is derived from infomercials about real estate fail to know some of the most elementary principles of real estate. 1. The great one has his holdings in an S corp., so that s/he can "take all the deductions." But lacking education s/he doesn't know that “(A) Termination “(i) In general An [error in original] election under subsection (a) shall be terminated whenever the corporation— “(II) has gross receipts for each of such taxable years more than 25 percent of which are passive investment income.” == “(C) Passive investment income defined “(i) In general Except [error in original] as otherwise provided in this subparagraph, the term “passive investment income” means gross receipts derived from royalties, RENTS, dividends, interest, and annuities.”[Citation omitted as too obvious to any knowledgeable real estate player.] 2. Based on the poster's own description of her/his very successful forays into the world of real estate, s/he reveals unwittingly that s/he is a dealer and, therefore, not entitled to capital gain treatment on ANY her/his real estate transactions. == Perhaps the unsophisticated and naive one might have profited from a good M.S.T. or M.B.A. program at a strong academic institution such as the University of Chicago to avoid such basic and juvenile errors known to anyone who really maximizes their return through their real estate business. Touché.

Atticus Tiberius Finch wrote: <quoted text> Wrong. "Although the congressional debate concerning § 1 of the Fourteenth Amendment was limited, that debate clearly confirms the understanding that the phrase "within its jurisdiction" was intended in a broad sense to offer the guarantee of equal protection to ALL within a State's boundaries, and to all upon whom the State would impose the obligations of its laws. Indeed, it appears from those debates that Congress, by using the phrase "person within its jurisdiction," sought expressly to ensure that the equal protection of the laws was provided to the ALIEN POPULATION. Representative Bingham reported to the House the draft resolution of the Joint Committee of Fifteen on Reconstruction (H. R. 63) that was to become the Fourteenth Amendment.[13] Cong. Globe, 39th Cong., 1st Sess., 1033 (1866)." Plyler v. Doe, 457 U.S. 202, 214 (1982)(emphasis added) Need More? Okay "The Amendment [14th], in clear words and in manifest intent, includes the children born, within the territory of the United States, of ALL OTHER PERSONS, of whatever race or color, domiciled within the United States. EVERY CITIZEN OR SUBJECT OF ANOTHER COUNTRY, while domiciled here, is within the allegiance and the protection, and consequently SUBJECT TO THE JURISDICTION, OF THE UNITED STATES. His allegiance to the United States is direct and immediate, and, although but local and temporary, continuing only so long as he remains within our territory, is yet, in the words of Lord Coke, in Calvin's Case, 7 Rep. 6a, "strong enough to make a natural subject, for if he hath issue here, that issue is a natural-born subject;" and his child, as said by Mr. Binney in his essay before quoted, "if born in the country, is as much a citizen as the natural-born child of a citizen, and by operation of the same principle." United States v. Wong Kim Ark, 169 U.S. 649, 693 (1898))(emphasis added) Question: what is your problem? by your logic, your first para is irrelevant. The USSC can not change the constitution, only citizens are "subject to the jurisdiction, thereof", as plainly stated in the first sentence of the 14th amend.
