Allegedly, Paul Neugebauer, a lieutenant in the Bridgeport Fire Department, did.

Neugebauer was charged with breach of peace and will be arraigned on Sept. 25 at state Superior Court in Milford."

A lot of people blamed LBJ for the attack on the USS Liberty but I have never done that in-spite of my personal feelings about LBJ. It is not like today when the president has instant access to information.
My younger brother was a Navy Radar Intercept Specialist and was on board the USS Blue Ridge when there was an incident and my brother had the admiral looking over his shoulder when he heard the voice of Ronald Reagan and Reagan asked him to pint out a few things on his radar screen. He was not able to tell me about what incident it was but now that it is about thirty years ago maybe he will soon.
But the point being, there is no doubt in my mind, with the communications at Benghazi, Obama had the opportunity to carry on a conversation with the people at Benghazi on 9/11/2012. But we will not find out the truth so long as Obama is in the White House!
