The USSC did not amend the constitution. It exercised is supreme judicial power according to Art. 3 § 1. Play Justice Dale is not vested with binding power to construe the constitution according to his play law fantasies. Grandiose delusions are of no moment.

<quoted text>Puss, a natural born citizen can't have two citizenships, you know, no foreign influence as described by John Jay. Hell, for that matter, a citizen can have only one, checkout the Oath of Citizenship.
Sorry, Play law doesn't count.

BTW, John Jay never suggested or hinted that operation of foreign citizenship law comprised "foreign influence".

UR dreaming. Play law doesn't count.

Grow up!

BTW, the Oath of Citizenship only pertains to naturalized citizens, and the home country of the naturalized citizen may not accept the renunciation.

UR busted, yet again.

sure they did, and threw them out the window! I think you should read your post 118005, then tell us how a citizen of a foreign country can be a citizen of the US without being naturalized.

<quoted text>not true, to be "subject to the jurisdiction, thereof", one can not be subject to any foreign power. Ark changed nothing, the USSC can not amend the Constitution, nor alter the meaning of any part thereof.
Sorry, Play Law doesn't count.

A child born of ordinary aliens in the US is not subject to a foreign power.

It's the LAW that counts; not Play Law, Alice.

Yep, Obamanomics is wurkin' as planned. For the third week in a row the New York Stock Exchange is ..... DOWN!!!
As Apple (APPL) is also down having lost 14.4% of it's value in just five weeks.
Just a reminder that my broker advised me that the DJIA should drop 10% before the election and APPL would drop 25%!

Too bad the child cannot comprehend Justice Stephen Field as quoted in 118005.

How can a citizen of the United States be also considered a citizen of a foreign country per operation of foreign law? Don't ask me; James Madison explained it very succinctly.

“It is an established maxim that birth is a criterion of allegiance. Birth however derives its force sometimes from place and sometimes from parentage, but in general place is the most certain criterion; it is what applies in the United States; it will therefore be unnecessary to investigate any other.”–James Madison

the 14th only makes citizens who are not subject to any foreign power, remember the Civil Rights Act.
Wouldn't you expect the same of a born citizen, to be free of a foreign power.
Your first para? Must be bleed over from your home country.

Wow, the snitches are actively snitching again.

Obama’s literary agent published a promotional booklet in 1991 that advertised Obama as having been “born in Kenya and raised in Indonesia and Hawaii,” despite available evidence to the contrary. The agent described the mistake as a “fact checking error,” but it remained in Obama’s bio on the agency’s website for sixteen years. Obama may have been the source of the mistake--and the inadvertent source of the Birther conspiracy theory.

Well Jackie there is proof that the cries for assistance went all the way to the White House Situation room....
So was Obama there or was he in Las Vegas havin a party?
When the 3 am phone call came who answered or did they get voice mail as Hillary predected in 2008?
You seem to believe that they would have died either way but if they had the mortar position targeted with a laser there were a host of weapons systems that could have responded. F-18's out of Italy could have been there in an hour but yet none were launched. AC 130's out of Italy were 2 hours out but none were launched. A competent administration would have seen the warning signs and had drones loitering that could have responded sooner.
But hey the buck stops with the president in this country anyway. He is responsible for those under him...
But when the phone rang they got his voicemail......
Could this be the reason?

OBAMA'S OCTOBER SURPRISE GONE BAD: WAS THE PLAN TO HAVE THE U.S. AMBASSADOR KIDNAPPED AND HELD HOSTAGE AND THEN SWAPPED FOR THE BLIND SHEIKH?...WAS OBAMA DEALING WITH THE MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD BEHIND THE BACKS OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE?...Had all gone according to plan, Stevens would be released just before the election; Obama would take credit for that and a newly strengthened relationship with Egypt and Morsi.
