to cite any learned constitutional law treatise that says that in equivalent words.
Without that you are no more than another GED person who has no understanding of this great nation's grand tradition of 800-years of Anglo-American jurisprudence.
Say, I thought there were only 400 years of Anglo-American influence? Starting back in the 1600s.
