Too bad the child cannot comprehend Justice Stephen Field as quoted in 118005.<quoted text>sure they did, and threw them out the window! I think you should read your post 118005, then tell us how a citizen of a foreign country can be a citizen of the US without being naturalized.
How can a citizen of the United States be also considered a citizen of a foreign country per operation of foreign law? Don't ask me; James Madison explained it very succinctly.
“It is an established maxim that birth is a criterion of allegiance. Birth however derives its force sometimes from place and sometimes from parentage, but in general place is the most certain criterion; it is what applies in the United States; it will therefore be unnecessary to investigate any other.”–James Madison
The Court cited numerous cases in its thoroughly and elaborately considered opinion. Play Justice Dale is in denial or perhaps in simple ignorance.
