I cannot believe that Kentucky Birfoon is so illiterate that he's never read the opinion in Wong Kim Ark.

It's sad how willfully stupid birfers are.

Christopher Stevens' father would really like it if everyone stopped trying to turn his son's death into a political issue. Speaking with Bloomberg News' Margaret Talev, Jan Stevens said it would be, "abhorrent" to turn his son's death into a campaign issue. Republican presidential hopeful Mitt Romney has faced criticism for politicizing the event from Democrats over comments he made the day after the consulate attacks. "I’m not sure exactly what he’s been saying and not saying, but our position is it would be a real shame if this were politicized," Stevens said. "Our concern now is memorializing Chris and remembering his contribution to the country." The Stevens family is preparing for a memorial for their son later this week.
Then I guess the Odumbo administration shouldn't have tried to cover it up! No? Blame Odumbo and Clinton, they're the ones responsible.

But on Tuesday night, after Stevens had been killed, but before his name had been released to the press, the Republican Party treated him as a prop, an instrument in the assembly of a cheap and false political attack.(John Cassidy has a timeline of the statements.) It was about an hour before midnight on September 11th, of all days, when Priebus tweeted this:

Obama sympathizes with attackers in Egypt. Sad and pathetic.

This was not true. Neither was it true, as Romney said even before Priebus’s tweet, that the Obama Administration’s first response was “to sympathize” with the killers. Romney called this “disgraceful”; what does he call the political distortion of the deaths of four diplomats who travelled to serve in a dangerous place?(CNN reported that they died of smoke inhalation after assailants with R.P.G.’s set the consulate on fire.) And what does Romney consider a lie? His statement this morning, while offering condolences, pressed the blame on Obama and scrambled the timeline of our Cairo Embassy’s statements. Priebus tweeted that out, too, along with prayers for the victims.

Butthurt Loser, you too can simply read the opinion of the highest court in the land and see for yourself what subject to the jurisdiction means. "It doesn't matter" to birfoons who are illiterate, but if I were a birther I'd put the two together and realize that that's why the courts take such a dim view of your frivolous suits.

And of course none of that has anything to do with the children of aliens, only those children born of diplomats and invading forces.

You are sad little wannabe troll these past couple days. How many times have you been totally owned by your betters? A dozen? Two dozen?

Will birfers continue to whine, cry, and stomp their little baby feet?

Or will they just quote a case from the highest court in the nation that supports their illiterate views on jurisdiction and the fantasy two citizen parent rule?

We'll wait.

You really are stupid aren't you? Before 1866 there was no national birthright law. Also, before this time citizens of the U.S. were strictly defined as citizens of the States. At the time, England considered every person born within the realm of the King was a natural born subject by virtue of birth alone. The U.S. did not follow this same rule. For instance, children of slaves, transient aliens or Indians followed the condition of their father. Getting a clue yet dumbazz?

Butthurt Loser, the US adopted the same exact policy and it is now law. It has been for nearly 150 years.
