Obama Declares War On Seniors, Steals Part Of Their SS Check

Barack Obama’s war on America’s seniors knows no limits. The Treasury Department is withholding part of the Social Security monthly payments of about 115,000 seniors because they have fallen behind on student loan payments. There was a time when Social Security benefit payments were untouchable, but that is a thing of the past.

Thanks to younger relatives, often grandchilderen, who are out of work and unable to repay these loans (for the same reasons their elders are either retired or working as Walmart greeters), people who never set foot in a college classroom are having to suffer these reductions in their small Social Security benefits.

What does the law say about rumor and innuendo masquerading as evidence? Eh?

UR still not making any sense. I cited authority, showing that persons born of aliens in this country are under the exclusive jurisdiction of the United States. I provided the complete citation in Bluebook format with pertinent quotation. So if you wish to claim that my "links for this subject as per the above are not factual," you are welcome to prove it. Otherwise you are just blowing smoke.

No, I don't really see how they could lower benefits. Some only get the bare minimum now. He's just bankrupting this country with NO conscience whatsoever!
Paul Ryan is keeping Medicare for Seniors! Fifty-five and older it doesn't touch. He knows how important they are to us. It's for the younger generation to have a chance to decide, what will happen to theirs.
We all really need to call our Congressmen on this and that includes people under 55 because it has an outcome for their benefits also.

They are doing this on a regular basis now. They are cutting back on just certain groups so that not everyone will yell at the same time.

Guns don't kill people … but cops might
Jeff Knox blasts spin that would use Empire State shooting to push new laws

According to New York Police Commissioner Ray Kelly, after the murderer had shot his victim repeatedly in the face and head, he calmly walked away. Two nearby police officers quickly responded and, when they challenged the suspect, he pointed his gun at them, but, Kelly said, he did not fire at them.

Opponents of gun rights spouted nonsense about the National Rifle Association and “gun nuts” wanting everyone to carry a gun, and how much worse the tragedy would have been if citizens had all started blasting away (like the police did). In response, misguided supporters of gun rights repeated idiotic claims about armed citizens putting an end to these kinds of atrocities.

First, this was not a “mass shooting.” This was a cold-blooded, pre-meditated murder.

>>>--->>> > The only “mass shooting” associated with this crime was perpetrated by New York’s finest.

The armed citizen that helped to subdue the murderer in the Tucson shooting where Rep. Gabby Giffords was wounded is a great example. He responded to the gunfire by moving toward the shooting and being prepared to draw his gun, but wisely kept it holstered. He left it holstered even when he saw a man in the crowd holding a gun, and instead physically subdued the man. When he realized that the man with the gun was a “good guy” who had wrested the gun from the murderer, he assisted in physically restraining the killer.

The media bias against guns and gun ownership was on blatant display this week, as was the anti-rights crowd’s inclination to dance in the blood of victims – even when the victims’ blood was actually shed by poorly trained police officers. But again, the gun didn’t cause the crime, and no gun law would have prevented it.

http://www.wnd.com/2012/08/guns-dont-shoot-pe...

Guns are NOT going away....
A "lot" of BLOOD may be shed over them ...
BUT they will NOT be taken away!

The 2ND Amendment is the ONLY gun law needed!
The "courts" have their laws!
It's "called" Criminal Justice....

For the criminal NOT the VICTIMS...
VICTIMS NEED LAWS TOO!

Allow me. What will you do when you come upon law enforcement officers shooting innocent people?

1. Call the police?

2. Put a stop to it by using your own concealed weapon? Sorry, that was a stupid question, guns are illegal in NYC by order of the head ***!

3. Call the local Democratic party headquarters and complain that the head *** is not doing his job?

In the event that you see any sarcasm here, for your sake, I will tell you, it's meant to be!

WILL AMERICANS RECEIVE A MICROCHIP IMPLANT IN 2013 PER OBAMACARE?

A major news story broke on AOL and countless other mainstream news media outlets, this past week, that the Obama Health Care Bill will require all U.S. citizens and babies to receive a microchip or Medchip by March 23, 2013. Whether or not the microchip requirement in the bill is implemented by 2013, remains to be seen.

In 2010, my book “Are You Ready for the Microchip?” was released, and I asked the question,“Is the microchip implant hidden in the Healthcare Bill? Are newborn children starting in 2013 going to receive a microchip shortly after birth?” Then in the book, I wrote,“ In the massive US HEALTHCARE BILL, which your elected representatives voted for without reading, there is a section titled: Subtitle C-11 Sec. 2521 – National Medical Device Registry which states:

Admit? Huh?

The law says innuendo, rumor, and delusions are not evidence.

You didn't make up any law? Great. Then you agree that innuendo, rumor, and delusions are not evidence.

Thank you.

Judges should not rule nation, says CJI
New Delhi, Aug 25, 2012 (PTI)

Chief Justice of India S H Kapadia today said judges should not govern the country or evolve policies and apply the enforceability test on some verdicts like making "right to sleep" a fundamental right.

Doing some frank introspection on judiciary's functioning, he also wondered what would happen if the executive refuses to comply with judiciary's directives that may not be enforceable.

"Right to life, we have said, includes environmental protection, right to live with dignity. Now we have included right to sleep, where are we going? It is not a criticism. Is it capable of being enforced? When you expand the right, the judge must explore the enforceability.

"Questions which judges must ask are if it is capable of being enforced. Judges must apply enforceability test. Today if a judge proposes a policy matter, government says we are not going to follow. Are you going by way of contempt or implement it?" he asked.

Delivering a lecture on "Jurisprudence of Constitutional Structure", he was making an apparent reference to the recent Supreme Court judgement in the Ramlila Maidan police action against Ramdev's supporters in which "Right to Sleep" was declared a fundamental right.

It seems as though I am not the only one who is concerned.

Quote from AL's post on the subject.

"A number of states like Virginia, have passed “stop the mark of the beast legislation” in an effort to stop this kind of legislation."
