We understand that you are direct to the principal seller or the official associate of the principal.
We represent major Pension Funds and Humanitarian Foundations in US, EU and Asia.
1. We are interested in the purchase of MTN’S on a No Proof of Funds basis, NPOF. This is not negotiable under any circumstances.
2. The instruments Must be Medium-term, senior, cash-backed, un-subordinated bank debentures, with un-encumbered, non-structured (MTNs), 322 format, 144c exclusions, and subject to the Uniform Customs and Practices for Documentary Credits, ICC Publication – 400/500 revised, transferable, unconditional and confirmed by the Bank of Issuance for payment at maturity, global issue and USA eligible. No substitutes.
3. The Corporate Invoice Price shall be offered by seller and approved by the buyer in a telephone communication, in advance to submittal of the application documents. No substitutes.
4. The buyer and seller must submit signed Contract RWA or Letter of Intent, and all transaction documents directly between Principal Buyer and Principal Seller only. Delivery to Buyer or Sellers associates, mandates, friends, attorneys, institutions, brokers, secretaries or any others are not acceptable, to receive the Buyers and sellers documents. There shall be no substitutes to this procedure.
5. The seller shall counter sign the documents and return them directly to the buyer, within a maximum of 72 hours, including the Certified Corporate Invoice, in accordance with the instructions as outlined in the contract. No substitute
