This Value Dry review comes straight from the heart. Value Dry quells complaints about basement water. I never thought my foundation could be water tight. It was in rough shape with huge bows and bulges and cracks. We couldn't even keep our possessions in the basement. I heard complaints after complaints after complaints and I was tired of cleaning the flood water up. I did a ton of research on basement waterproofing and foundation repair contractors in Chicago and read tons of Value Dry reviews. We called Value Dry Basement Waterproofing in Chicago and they came and fixed us up. The workers did an amazing job. They fixed the bows and bulges by using an anchoring system and installed a french drainage system. Finally they finished the basement out and now it's a liveable space. Value Dry has a lifetime guarantee on their basement drainage system so we have no worries about flooding and having to get water damage repair in the basement. We have no complaints about Value Dry and I wish this review could be a book cuz I could speak volumes about them. Value Dry truly ended all of our worries and complaints and hardships. They are the best basement contractors in the Chicago area.

I read alot of good Value Dry reviews and customer testimonials then checked them out with the major bureaus i.e. BBB and NCPB. I decided to hire Value Dry for a number of factors including level of experience, product and service quality as well as warranties. Value Dry had the other basement contractors trumped in every category. Value Dry Basements are the quintessential basement waterproofing contractors. I haven't any Value Dry complaints which is pretty rare for me. I'm extremely particular when any type of contractor is performing alterations to my home. Value Dry made me comfortable, did a good job and left my basement cleaner than it was when they got here.

ValueDry Basement Waterproofing & Remodeling is one of the most experienced basement companies in Chicago. I spoke to 5 basement waterproofing companies and I was certain ValueDry could help fix my basement leaks. They did a fine job installing the sump pump and basement drain system. I'd recommend Value Dry Basement Wateproofing to anyone in the Chicagoland area who wants to fix their wet, leaky basement problems.

I saw an ad in the clipper magazine and decided to call the number and left a message in order to schedule a free estimate for a repair for the leaking issue in my basement. When they called me back they obtained my info and then told me that my wife and I both needed to be present at the time of the quote. I explained that we have a busy schedule as most parents with kids in activities, jobs, and many other things in everyday life. She stated that they book until 8pm at night and again I told her my wife knows nothing about what the person is going to say and nor does she care. She just like I want a price, and want it fixed ASAP. After I went back and forth with her on how it was not going to happen she then said they will charge me a $149.00 fee if she wasn't present. From experience this only means one thing...they plan on sending a bruising (timeshare salesman) rep that is 100% commission to pretty much fill out our check and make us sign it right then and there. I have been in sales for 14 years now and have witnessed this tactic many times with various companies, and have refused to operate like that. I find this very unprofessional and do not like to be forced into anything especially since I know this will be a costly project. I have been extremely successful using the honey approach instead of the vinegar approach. I feel folks donít know what they donít know and as a sales rep your job is to educate your customer so they can make an informed decision. Itís called consultive selling and itís the only way to go for a company that wants to stay in business longer than 2 years. Anyway back on track here. I told her I didnít like that idea and was already turned off by the way the company works and would continue my search for estimates elsewhere.

Is ( http://www.permadrywaterproofing.com/ ) basement waterproofing really worth all of the trouble? I've heard from different people here in Seattle that it is worth it, and some say that its not. Thoughts?

Hope these guys are good.
we gots lots of cash to store in the basement from drug deals and ammo spare gun parts we have to keep dry for the next drive by shooting.
damp basements really hurt our storage efforts gets bills damp mildew not good for ammo storage.
hostages don't like being locked up in damp places.
