well the facts speak for themselves.

Wal-mart has been very successful, city governments have not been successful managing anything anywhere.

so I go with the Wal-Mart model. sure beats the Detroit city model.......

The government has no business telling businesses what to pay people. I hope Wally World opens several locations directly across the city limits from DC to siphon off the retail taxes.
