Single payer insurance is working good in other countries and can work here if they would work together to get it right.
My dad pays $ 925. a month for family insurance. Thats not what I would call affordable. A person working for $10 per hr would be hard pressed to pay that amount. I know as many people that don't have insurance as do. It's about 50/50.
I see where more and more hospitals are taking a bigger bite of the charity cases, because people don't have insurance.

For your sake, I hope you never have to use your insurance. We never did till the one time. Then dad found out what it was.

Then, for what ever reason, tried to say the attack happened over some you tube video. Third, I know I have a very good insurance plan and the federal government has nothing to do with it! I have read all kinds of horror stories from European countries and Canada with citezens complaining about difficulties with dealing with government insurance. Infact, many come here for treatments. If your father really was done wrong by his so called insurance company, he should get a lawyer and. Appeal their decisions.
