Word. I've made it this far wearing formaldehyde and stuff, I'm good.
I think it mostly would affect people with sensitive skin or specific medical issues. I have very sensitive skin, but I actually have worn clothes freshly bought not washed -- mainly when I love a new top or pants and want to wear them NOW, now in three days when I do laundry.

I also admit to wearing 2nd hand clothes without washing them first. But Saver's and Goodwill's clothing always seems very clean to me.

LW1 - why start anything now? your attempts haven't worked before. better to not give him any more money or a place to crash and dno't answer the damn phone when the girls call sobbing.

LW2 - pu7t the word out to others and let them take a look. if you know anyone in theatre or historical societies, ask them if there is any interest. otherwise toss the stuff. if the clothes are too frail, i'd say take photos and toss the items.

Anyone want some 40 year old clothes and shoes from a size 2 lady?

LW3 - if you itch when you wear new clothes, think about starting to wash them first, otherwise, live dangerously!

LW1 Teaching your child not to be a liar, should start as soon as he is able to talk. Teaching by doing is the best way. Starting when he is pushing 40 is just too late, besides if he didn't like who he is, and if it wasn't working for him he wouldn't do it. Face it your child has chosen to be a lowlife, and he is being rewarded for it.

LW2. Take pictures of each item, make a card to hold the pictures and a 1 inch square cut from the item, along with a written description and a bit of it's history. After the cards are finished get the family together for a weekend, and have a bonfire. Tell the story of each piece as they fade(burn) into history while the card is being passed around. Make it a family tradition, maybe every year, a day to let go of those little mementos, treasures and things that are no longer needed.

LW3 Tags are included, read them, and find something less shallow to spend your time doing.

If part of the dress is intact -- like the lace or part of the textile, it could be worth something. I'm just sayin'. All of you are saying throw it out. I might be junk but there is a market for vintage and antique. I'd seriously have it checked out. If it's garbage, all you lost is a phone call or an internet search.
