Why yes I am.

It's just surprising to hear someone actually speak the language of the land anymore.

The topic heading speaks for itself. He will be allow his day in court to defend himself. At that moment, it will be determine if the title is correct or false.

I hate such events have unfolded that caused a loss of life.

I never said the first thing about your father. I just commented on the fact that you chose to post in a language learned by over 225 years of immigrants to this country (my own grandparents and great grandparents included) and expect us to go out of our way to understand what the heck you're talking about.

As Jonathan said, you father will have his day in court. If he's innocent, then it will come out.

It doesn't matter that he's your father, uncle, or whatever. Nor does it matter how long ago he allegedly killed two people. If he killed somebody he deserves to go to jail and do time just like anyone else.
It is fine that you have your opinions, but you don't know Rodolfo Corrales, therefore you cannot properly judge him. Anyway it was a mistake of the past, people can change. And you don't know if he allegedly murdered two people or not. Barre with the family you don't know what they're going through.
