Something entirely different we all (hopefully) can agree upon. I am gradually going off being an ER doc and will from next year only do fitness. I will be starting a one-year workout from January 1. 0000 2013-January 1 0000 2014 and make a website and book about it.


*Must have approval from physician to work out.

*Good starting stamina and strength

*Man only and in a steady relationship, considered from case-case

*30-50 years old

*Time to work-out 5 hours a day.

*Starting body fat, no more than 13%

*Won't cost anything, pure advice.

*Must be able to swim at least one mile

After one year, there will be a gigantic party with the "graduates" at an exotic island. If I can make this work, I will be having it in my new gym as a special offer for everybody at about 5K a year.

Would appreciate any input and advice from people in the field with ideas.
