55th and Halsted is a TERRIBLE neighborhood! Far more people are killed and injured in shootings in that neighborhood than by car crash!

If the cops don't kill him, they should drop him off a 55th and Halsted and let the people of that area take care of him,

well at least I wasn't gun violence that killed him

Now the nut cases will want stricter car laws demanding background checks on morons who drive cars.

We need stricter drivers laws.

Well how long will the folks on the south side put up with gun and car violence?

How do you end bad neighborhoods? can't keep going like it is there.
Could be be a civil war in Chicago because city county state and federal law enforcement has allowed this killing crap to go on way too long..

Illinois is politically and socially ruined. In Illinois, the only way to end a bad neighborhood is simply get out of there and stay out of there. If innocent people stay out of the ghetto, they would starve the criminals of their stolen money and credit cards. They may even end up starving the drug trade, too. When there is nobody to rob, murder, and steal from, for an extended or prolonged period of time, the crime atmosphere may eventually collapse.
