For starters, GO ICE.

An illegal alien is little different from a home burglar expecting understanding after coming into your house uninvited and against your will, walk up to your refrigerator and eat your food and drink your milk, for they only took a portion as appose to all of your food and all of your milk. And like a burglar, illegal aliens are not wanted in this country by the bulk of the citizens of this country, minus the major corporations that feed on the existence of the illegal community like an addict to heroin and by those that have no respect for our countries immigration laws, such as Rep Luis Gutierrez.

These people, if they were true patriotic Mexicans or what ever they are and emanate from, would stay in their country and fix the mess in their own country first, such that they would not have to feel compelled to leave their own homeland and violate our laws to be here. Instead, they lie cheat and steal their way into our society since for them it's the least difficult path compared to repairing the country of their origin, not to mention the personal economic gains by being in the US illegally.

Illegal aliens are not people with honor and insult all of us legal citizens by arrogantly assuming they, by default of being in this country are entitled to benefits, privileges and rights that in 99.9% of the counties of the world, Mexico included, are the exclusive domain of legal citizens and residence. Illegals are in many respect very much like a cancer, and like a cancer needs to be removed with the precision of a surgical scalpel and excised from our country.

Yes, parts of this country was at one time part of Mexico, but that is no longer the case. Social Darwinism has deemed this country to take possession of those lands and to that fact we in the US have declared dominion over the former lands held by Mexico. As for Mexico, what are they? For their lands have been the domain of the Spanish, then the French, and now the corrupt powerful elite that like how Mexico is for to change the state of affairs now would mean having to relinquish control over a land and people that have been habitually exploited by their own leader for the benefit of the aristocrats that in reality rule Mexico like royalties of the the past.

The leaders of Mexico like it the way the system has developed in their country and do not care one bit about the negative ramification their illegal citizen create for the US. Otherwise they would not be encouraging the citizens of Mexico to illegally enter the US and send back remittance back across the boarder. Like a bunch on unethical rulers with no shame, have come to like the current chaos for it gives the Mexican government the opportunity to pass their own inspired and generated problems and responsibility on to the US. That is the solution our undesirable neighbor to the south has devised and expects us to swallow for now the burden of the wrecked Mexican government can be unscrupulously passed on to the US for resolution.

In conclusion, GO ICE !!

I'm with you on not wanting illegals on my property. Lived in Orange County 28 yrs., met afew people that hired them. I heard some unhappy stories afterward. Seems they are well aware of homeowners insurance. And the fact that most ins. co. will settle claims, without court action. I could always find a teen to do yardwork, ect.

Personally, I was disappointed to learn that in the face of fuel surcharges, budget cutbacks and an overall decrease in customer satisfaction, ICE Air has canceled their frequent flyer program.

"Many of them don't break any laws while they are here except being here illeglly" That is a big law they broke right there. Also this guy is going after the Obama administration to ease the laws. the Democrats want these people allowed in the country. Keep after your seators although we have 2 useless one's here in Connecticut that we do not want illegal immigrants in this country. If they do the legal paperwork then welcome. If not don't let the doo hit you in the butt ont he way out. Come on people we have to make our voices heard.

And do not forget the most important aspect of this. There are companies who have not paid payroll taxes because they hired illegals, executives who have "nannies" in their homes for either zero or low wages. All of this makes a difference.

Half of Native Texans ARE Mexicans. They are the ones getting hit hardest by the wave of illegals. Now that the white collar jobs are being eliminated, I can't wait to hear them whine they can't get a new job. Well, Bozo, the Mexicans came here and now they have roosted. Remember, they have 5 kids to your 1. You are going to pay for those kids education and hospitalization. Fun being a liberal sucker, isn't it?

Criminals should serve prison time before being deported at Mexico's expense. Mexico and its people are using the American people like patsies. Its time for this to end.

this is not justa southern state problem

obumma's illegal aunt is in mass

the landscapers here in the northeast don't hire kids for summer jobs anymore because there is a massive bunch of illegals to chose from

we need to rethink our budget for homeland security and find out why they are so content to allow these illegals here

move all of them out, auction off their houses and businesses and get them gone

Not to nit pick, but the article mentions the plane as a 737, yet the photos clearly show a 727 aircraft.

""The vast majority of undocumented immigrants don't violate any law, other than their Immigration status," Gutierrez argued."

If this foolish statement was true, then Gutierrez would have no problem with E-Verify or the SS "No Match" letters, because ILLEGAL aliens must not be ILLEGALLY working in the USA.

Seems to me that he must have forgotten that ILLEGAL aliens who are working are either committing tax evasion or identity fraud, BOTH of which are felonies.

Look at the "War On Drugs Clock" and then say we don't have the money to secure our border from illegals and drugs. The D.E.A. has reported that over 85% of all illegal drugs in America come across the mexican border. Why aren't we using 85% of the money on that clock to secure our border?

Just when I thought conservatives couldn't get any more venal or selfish, you group together and surprise me. The pro-family party is actively cheering on families being broken up; the pull yourself up by the bootstraps party is getting rid of people doing just that.

I am so sick of all of you. You failed, miserably, and now still want to whine. Well, shut up. You moral cowards are willing to abandon any principle and harm any person so long as your precious wallet is intact.

Taking jobs? You don't care about the people who earn minimum wage and never, ever have. Supporting families? Yes, deporting the father is the best way of doing that.

Fruit and vegetables rotted on the vine last year because there weren't enough people to pick them. Food costs are going to keep going up and up. And who's that going to hit hardest? You, the middle-class keyboard warrior? Didn't think so.

If you want to wash dishes on a split shift for $6 an hour, seven days a week, go right ahead. Or do you want to pay twice as much for dinner at your weekly Outback Steakhouse fiesta with the family? Maybe Big Mac prices will double, and you'll shed some of that fat.

Look beyond your own doughy faces every once in a while. Idiots.

If, along with the illegals, those jets deported U.S. business owners who hire illegals, the entire illegal immigration problem would vanish within a year or two.

Illegal aliens are here illegally. There are laws that allow immigration and that is good. How can any politician argue otherwise, and why are they not protecting our borders? Instead they criticize ICE for doing their job! Do you think they have an agenda? We as a people have to face the fact that the congress and the senate, the President and the courts do not have the best interest of this country and its citizens in mind. If you think it's bad now, just wait to you see what's going to happen on this issue within the next couple of years.

HURRAH for ICE and their enforcement and deportation procedures!

I grew up in a small town. I've worked in factories -- boring, tedious, manual labor. It was work that needed to get done, in order to build America and take care of our families.

I mow my own lawn. I wash my own laundry. I scrub my own floor. I diapered my own children. I taught ABC's and wiped noses and kissed boo-boos. And, yes, I and my family have been through very tough times.

I am an 8th-generation native citizen of the United States of America. Some of my ancestors have been working American soil and building America since the 1700's. When my ancestors entered this country, there did not exist the same limits on immigration that we now have, so at the time they entered legally.

Americans can -- and do -- the work that needs to be done in this country.
Limited, replacement-rate immigration can be helpful to a nation. Under those conditions, the work of those immigrants is appreciated.

Excessive and illegal immigration is ripping the fabric of America apart. It destroys the employment security of our own children. It damages the ability of our own citizens to have babies and grow our own families, as a result of the strains of high taxation. It destroys our local, state and federal finances as a result of demands by Marxist illegal immigrants -- and their colluding politicians -- for free medical care, free bilingual education, food subsidies and government-subsidized housing, and other political largess.

This, on top of the heavy demands on our criminal justice system.
Demands by immigrants for more and more housing and schools and other infrastructure are destroying our country's natural areas and rural communities via the urban sprawl that is eating American farmland away like a cancer. This threatens our nation's food security.

Our precious American soil becomes depleted over time, by loss of quality and erosion. Productive, arable soil must be conserved for our own American descendents. This is essential to our survival as a people. We should not be squandering it by paving it over with asphalt, pouring concrete, and dumping oils and other chemicals and materials into it that make it useless for agriculture.

Yet, that's what is happening due to the current unlimited, unregulated stream of cheap illegal immigrant labor, and excessive legal immigrant labor, that is flowing into our country. Eleven million Americans are unable to find full-time work while 7 million illegals are allowed to remain in our work force.
