So many times people on here proclaim that sexual orientation does not matter, but here clearly it does...If your a male.
So my argument is that all things being equal, and sexual orientation is the line that separates, then a lesbian should not be allowed to do it, because of her sexual orientation.
If you want to call that discrimination, then its also discrimination against a male, for the exact same reason.

You cannot look at a person and automaticaly know their sexual orientaition. Even as it has become more socially accptable to come out of the closet, thenorms have already been set. Restrooms are segregated by gender for the same reason. I find it highly unlikely that this gender based norm will ever morph into a sexual preference based norm. Seperate facilities for straight men, gay men, straight women, gay women...
