"newportonehundreds" , you are so right. Not only do we not produce anything, hurricane sandy devasted the east coast and destroyed countless businesses as well as countless homes.

What is being exported for the time being, is American automobiles. Americans cant afford to buy cars. And there is a new wave of people needing government assistance in the wake of Sandy. Not many cars are exported because there are too many competitive foreign auto makers.

Hey, even if Obama is re-elected, pay yourself on the back and feel proud that you did not vote for him and that you stood for what you believe in.

the above statement should state "hey, even if Obama is re-elected, pat yourself on the back and feel proud that you did not vote for him (Obama) and that you stood for what you believe in".

Certainly 600,000 people re-employed doesn't solve the problem for the millions of people out of work, but those 600,000 will nonetheless be grateful for their re-employment. The clear implication of your comment is this: Either we re-employ all the millions of unemployed people at the same time, or we don't re-employ anyone. This stance is just plain silly, a ludicrous expectation.

"All you fools can do is demonize and blame others for the Stooge's failures."
If you insist on sticking your limited viewpoint into a thread, why not, at least, keep to the subject? Just more right wing deflection.
You're rants are getting shriller as the inevitability of an Obama re-election becomes clear and inevitable. You see, most Americans aren't actually as mean-spirited, frightened and uninformed as you. So keep on frothing and be thankful, you'll have Obama for four more years as the focus of you're childish whining and blaming.
For guys who love patting yourselves on the back for personal responsibility you sure do a lot blaming.
Great post Joe...

Anyone else notice that the artificially low unemployment rate went up this month? That hopey changey thing just doesn't seem to be working and you can only cook the books so much before your fraud is exposed.

We seriously need a person in the White House who understands how wealth is created not someone who wants to redistribute wealth so that everyone is a loser just like in third world countries. Yes, there will be the ultra wealthy but that creates an atmosphere where everyone benefits.

Romney/Ryan will get the job done!

Lets see, if the unemployment rate went up just before the election wouldn't that show that it honestly went down last month?

Romney is going to get it done on an extended vacation. Ryan is going to try and hold the House together for two more years. Neither will deliver their home state(s) while Obama and Biden will.

Obama - 281
Tossup - 42
Romney - 215

Crystal Ball has it:
Obama - 290/Romney - 248
Senate: Democrat - 53/Republican - 47
House: Democrat - 196/Republican - 239

With millions out of work.
With a 7.9% unemployment rate (40 months over 8%)
Multiple Trillion Dollar deficits
More the $16 Tril in debt

The Republians win nothing. NOTHING. How is that even possible?
