While I am aware that the poster known as "self extermination works" might not actually live in Russellville, TN (may only be where his ISP is), he lives near there, so let's look at what a poster from Russellville's Topix Forum says about drugs in that city...

http://www.topix.com/forum/city/russellville-...

Hmmm...drugs are everywhere! Maybe you should focus your attention on the drug dealers/users in your area rather than in ours!

I'm glad to see your police department is busting the METH LABS in your area. Our police department is also working on the drug problem here.

That said, I was wondering how you came up with the drug theme. How do you know that he wasn't checking up on his sick grandmother? Or maybe he was on his way home from his 2nd job? Or maybe a deer ran in front of him and he veered off of the road and crashed?

You really are a piece of work. I hope you didn't procreate. I hope you never know the loss of a child. No matter what causes the loss of a child, the heartache is unimaginable. Shame on you!

Wayne, im not sure if you remember me, i am a friend of mikes chiapetta and dated steve briefly a couple years ago. Obviously words cannot even begin to express how sorry I am for you and your families loss. I was in total shock when I heard. Steve was such a tremendous and loyal person and I feel lucky to have known him even for just a little bit. Im sorry you have to hear/read such ridiculous and ignorant comments. Please take care as best you can, I will keep you and your family in my prayers.

Wayne, you know who I am and I just wanted to let you know I am so sorry to hear what happened to Steve. My heart dropped when I found out what happened and I just wanted to let everyone know what a great guy steve was. He had a huge heart and anyone, especially people that don't know him, should not be saying anything bad about him. It is ignorant and horrible. My prayers go out to you and your family.

Steve was engaged to my sister, and had a heart of gold. When I needed work done at my house he would always volunteer. He was great with my niece and my own kids. He made my sister realize there are still good guys left in the world! My heart goes out to his family, and Wayne, I don't know you but My prayers are with you.
And to the @sshole from TN, you didn't have the priviledge to know him, and have no right to talk that way about someone so many people cared about! Karma is a bitch!

I went to high school with Steve and always referred to him as my "body guard." I can't tell you how many times he stood up for me and I can't count all the good times we had together. The news came as a total shock to me, and I wish there was a way I could make it home for the services.
My deepest sympathy to you Wayne and your family, sending you my love and thoughts from D.C.

Our prayers and thoughts are with you at this sad time. We remember Steve from when he went to Bishop Noll with our children, Cameron and Matthew. I remember when he came over for Halloween and chili. He was the nicest young man, with a great smile.
My brother was killed in an auto accident when he was 18, 33 years ago, so I know what you are going through. There is nothing worse. You think the pain will never end. But, it will. Know that you will get through this and will have so many wonderful memories of such a great son and brother.
Please know that people care about you and that they loved Steve. He will always be remembered.

I am one of the residents who live in the condos on Forestview Dr. I was also there shortly after the accident. You are right, the reporters need to get their facts straight before giving info to the newspaper. I wanted to give my deepest condolences to you and your family. I am soooo sorry for your loss.

Try imagining the loss of a brother, a best friend. I would give anything to make that person from russelville feel 10% of the pain I'm in. Thank you for everyone who defended him without knowing him. It is appreciated. FYI, he wasn't driving. An Oak Forrest resident named Michael Beardsley, who was 36 was driving his 350Z ansd killed my brother. These [email protected] newspapers should get their facts straight before they print vague details.@ssholes.
