Yea another big difference between the two cities is the DEATH RATE BY GUN SHOTS.

More than 300 kids young adults killed and many more wounded in Chicago just this year.
NYC, NY would not tolerate this nonsense, but Chicago has a leadership vacuum both white and certainly black community. Where have all the leaders gone, bought off by gangs

I and family can walk the streets of NYC NY day or night without fear of being shot or robbed.

Chicago has more slums burned out buildings empty lots than all of NYC.NY, why is that??
