Anyone who believes the fix was not in is extremley naive. The only question is what or who was his, political, organized crime.

Is Tucker up for another term as judge? Any of you early voters see his name on the ballot?

He's not an idiot just someone who only looks out for his race. Even if in the wrong will use the race card to defend the criminal.

I don't think there's a single judge in the Chicago area, who hasn't been bought off. The sooner the people realize the stranglehold the politically connected has on our legal system the better. If recent rulings by the Supreme Court is not a wake up call to Americans, I don't know what is.

Ed Wanderling A respected attorney ,who also handels real estate law ,corporate law, pro bono services, is one of the finest person that ,if you should need a lawyer , you would want on your side. The unfortunent situations where one needs a lawyer are tramatic, for everybody, including council. For that I am happy there are careing people like Mr. Wanderling. Thank you, Scott Mar.

I think it's terrible situation. But to think every judge takes payoffs is downright immature and frankly trying to push the blame of a failed judicial system on a particular judge, is moronic! I happen to know that Judge Tucker is a fabulous human being, and judge! He is a by the book judge, which causes people to not like all of his judgements. But he only goes by what he is given in court by the attorneys. As I too work in the county and deal with judges, criminals, their families, he is a well respected judge. I've seen more success story's than negative. Think what you will, and make your snide comments. But if this is a pressing issue go out and MAKE A DIFFERENCE! FIGHT FOR WHAT YOU THINK IS RIGHT! Don't just sit here on a website and trash talk! That does no good! Now grow up and have your opinions but until you know ALL the facts.... Keep the ignorant comments to yourselves ! Oh and by the way I am black and Judge Tucker is NOT a racist or biased in any way! That's what ignorant people with small little minds like to think, because something isn't fair.
