Guess what, Race, I quit. You're not going to give me the information necessary to make an informed decision, you pretty much reject anything I say out of hand, you've already got in my head what I am going to do any why and how. You're obviously not interested in a constructive, informed process, so I guess you're just going to have to engage me in the next thread you follow me to.

BTW, you might try making your narrowmindedness a little less transparent. It bears noting that you embraced every comment by others that you thought supported your position and ignored any that did not. I might think others are off their rockers on certain topics, but at least they get credit for engaging both sides of the issue. You only look for that which supports you and go "Yeah, see!" Certainly not the way to learn anything.

So basically your (as in you are) refusing to answer my question.

Dont gloat too much sam, I am off till tues (it's my birthday, it's my birthday) but I will try and call in and see if someone can look up your holy grail of a number, but not sure when I will be able to supply it to you. I tend not to hang here on my days off.

Oh, and wanna know how I know that's it's an eo? Gee maybe because when I signed on, it was in my contract that I will have it, and on my commission statement, there is an amount deducted and the description reads E&O insurance? But of course the BD is just making all that up, and lying to FINRA and all of our clients about us carrying E&O insurance. All because sam says so.

You are a clueless hoot!

Have a good weekend

That's not the chase. The chase is you said your policy is an E&O policy. The only way to answer that is to look at the policy. Instead of giving me one number that provides no personal information, now you want to hypothesize what my answer might be to reviewing a form you won't provide me with the means to research.
There are no impossible standards. An E&O policy, as opposed to other policies, covers errors and omissions arising out of professional services. Professional services is a defined term in the policy, so it's not really something I can manipulate. I worked for one of the large insurance brokers here in Chicago in a past life, so I am not making this up.
And I love love love how you can so definitively assert that your policy is an E&O policy when apparently you have never seen it and can't even get me one number off of one page. Quite the evidenciary standard you are using there. I expect in the future you accept my equally baseless assertions as valid?

You cant quit, you lost dummy!
I am not rejecting anything, indeed, you are the one rejecting my statements. I said I had E&O insurance and you are insisting that I dont. You are going so far as demanding that I prove I do have it by citing specific number. You refuse to look at the link I provided and wont answer a simple question about whether a particular professional is required to carry E&O insurance. Even though you claim to be an expert in these matters.

Yeah, but I am the one who refuses to engage or answer.

Keep your head up you're butt sam, I am sure the view is wonderful

And the final thing is sam....Your the only person who posted anything contradictory to what I stated, so why on earth would I embrace your view?
