Well Einstein thought up the theory of the Atomic bomb too, but it was just that until they dropped one. There are lots of examples throughout history, what caused the black plague why we need to treat drinking water etc etc. But you deniers single out climate as a worldwide conspiracy science has fabricated. WHY ?? If you question that why not other science like what causes Aids or cancer from smoking. Why did you feel the need to question this as opposed to everything else that science claims. Is the smoking ban in public places a liberal idea as well ? Science also tells you if you are exposed to loud noise for long enough you will suffer hearing loss, but a 20 something that can hear now might say it's BS. Only it's a bit late as a 55+ who can't hear the beep on his mobile when a message comes in. Climate claims are no different than any of those others, the most probable cause by more than a 95% margin is man. To argue otherwise is exactly the same as that 20 something rattling the windows in the neighbourhood driving by with his car audio at full volume believing his immune.
We don't see it as a conspiracy. We see it as a fraudulent lie ginned up by a few unscrupulous but well positioned individuals, who pointed out to a few politicos that it could be used as an excuse to raise more tax money. Knowing full well that it would damage the American economy, They went head on and used taxpayer $$ to fund it, began crying "the sky is falling", all the while a load of science majors piled on because of the research money, pretty soon we are all buried in a plague of fraud and treason against working people whom the politicos are supposed to be HELPING , not taxing to death. I reiterate: The reason all the universities are trying to propagate this LIE, is that they wish to get the taxpayer $$ being given to them so long as they serve a political purpose, that is , to help the politicos perpetually re-elected so they can perpetually screw us ALL. And the atomic bomb is ALL that keeps you and tour kids out of the ditches shooting at the enemy. Who is the enemy?
Potentially everybody in the world that is NOT American. Why? because the only thing that keeps nations from war is the recognition that they might be VAPORIZED. I think it's a good thing. So don't bag on Einstein. He is the closest thing to a real prophet that the world has ever seen. And if you have never had a cold beer and a good CUBAN cigar , I feel sorry for you. Screw the anti smoking fascists. I hope they get cancer for being a bunch of pushy self righteous pricks and living their whole life with their nose stuck up everybody's back side.

And it was Oppenheimer, not Einstein that built the bomb. Einstein could see it working in his mind and of course he was right. He didn't have to build it. He knew it would work. If you wish to retain a shred of dignity, lay off criticizing Einstein.

Usually, yes. Shipyards, train shops, cigarettes. When was the last time anyone died from atmospheric greenhouse gas or a 1 or 2 degree rise in median temperature? The looming "disaster", if you can call it that, is contrived and exaggerated. There's no tangible threat to a single individual. Property, maybe. Overall, an increase in CO2 and median temperature would be a good thing. I know of one plant, in particular, that thrives on an artificially enriched CO2 environment. It's become a cash crop in more than one state.

No one is criticising Einstein, the point was his theory was correct. In fact some of his theories have only been proven in the past 10 yrs so science has always been an on going work.
The reason you don't want to believe in the climate change theory is because you don't want it to be true, simple as that. There is no other convincing reason, all the other stuff is just deniers smoke screens that your lot put up. But it's nothing to do with science.

The reason most people don't believe in climate change mitigation or the theory that man made CO2 is causing catastrophic climate change is simple; there's never been an experimental demonstration of climate change mitigation. People believe in things they see, feel and hear; not in blue sky hair growth tonic sold by politicians.

What does a specific illness to a single individual have to do with global warming. LOL Your logic has something to desire. We are concerned with the effects of global warming. Rising temperatures, rising seas, melting ice, changing growing seasons, loss of habitat, increased drought in some areas, increased severity of storms, loss of species, for starters. The result of several degrees of global warming could result in the death of millions.

Bull-shit. When it happens, and it inevitably will happen, it will be a gradual process. Storms may increase in some areas but decrease in others. Growing seasons will almost universally lengthen, increasing world food supplies. Hopefully, any species that are lost will be that curious breed of alarmists who talk as if Lucifer's Hammer is five days away.

I read that book!
Good example of who is going to survive and who isn't.
World War Z, the book, also show's how inept the world's leaders are and again who will survive.

A hint: only those that believe in self responsibility.

Catastrophic events are one thing, but a gradual, almost imperceptible, change is less difficult to cope with than loud mouthed liberals. To them, personal responsibility is mean spirited and selfish. If the government doesn't mandate a course for humanity, they'll all just sit there, smoking their pot, twiddling their thumbs, while the ocean washes them and their driftwood huts away. Even if it does take hundreds of years.

Who will survive? The ones who cooperate with each other. The macho gun toting individualists will not be welcome. Responsibility goes further than wrapping yourself in the flag and spreading hate to those who do not believe like you do. You got where you are on the shoulders of those who paved the way. No man is an island.
