Hurricane Sandy is proof of storms, not man made global climate change. We've always had hurricanes, get over it. Many people in New York don't have gas or electricity, we need an energy policy that encourages the production and use of energy and fuel.
They ran out of fuel because it was sold. Production had nothing to do with the stations running out of gas. An energy polices that will redirect a hurricane away from all those transmission lines. You bet good luck with that one. Hay stop reading the Less than a Box of Rocks AKA "tina's" junk it starting to reflect in your answers.

Shock, awe. Untruncated and unspliced data used in a new paper from Briffa and Melvin at UEA restores the Medieval Warm Period while at the same time disappears Mann’s hockey stick. Here’s figure 5 that tells the story:

BUT:

"Nonresponsive" is spelled different ways in different situations or uses. For example, a person in a coma may be referred to as "non-responsive". When writing about a student's lack of an answer to test question, the term "nonresponsive" would be appropriate.

You seem very intelligent. Are you aware of what is going on with dissociation of methane hydrate deposits? If it is important enough for an act of congress (2001 methane hydrate research and development act) it is important enough for people to start learning about.

Wondering why a 900 mile hurricane hit the east coast? Well this is definitely related if not solely responsible for increasingly deadly weather events.

Wondering why all of the sudden we have a 900 mile hurricane hitting the East Coast?

If it is important enough for an act of congress in 2001 (Methane Hydrate Research and Development Act) it is imortant enough for everyone to learn about. This is a global phenomenon happening as we speak. It may not be the only factor involved in increasingly deadly weather events but it is definitely involved.(as a catalyst)

What we normally forget when talking about the amount of CO2, is the significance it has for the human (and other creatures) health. Above 425 ppm in the atmossphere the healthproblems will become more servere, because the blood will slowly be more acid. This will affect bloodpressure etc.
BTW: President Johnson was informed in 1965 about the dangers in increasing the amount of CO2.
I am curious to know your take on what is happening with methane hydrate dissociation going on around the globe. You seem very well informed.

http://www.greenerideal.com/science/1101-clim...

I continue to be amazed that there was a 2001 US act of congress related to methane hydrate R&D and most people I have encountered are unaware of the existance of this unstable global situation.(including myself until 2 years ago and I have been following undersea scientific exploration since I was a child).

I know why it is speeding up and I want everyone else to know too.

Methane Hydrate Dissociaton on a global scale happening right now.

If it is important enough for an act of congress
(Methane Hydrate Research and Development ACT 2001 USA)
It is important enough for us all to know about.
