Then the time is to go back to what works so that they can have jobs and not be poor. Go back to a time when the government wasn't sucking off half of their pay to give to someone sitting on their butts.
When was that time?

No one talks to you they talk at you. Why you might ask. Here it is your the commander of useless babble tainted with hate covered with spam cut and paste hot air. With all that hot air you spew daily you should be held accountable for climate change.

Hmm...it seems that plenty of top climatologists have been predicting superstorms like Sandy. Who knew?

One thing the 'head in the sand' denialists never acknowlegde is that a 'little boost' from higher water temperatures and the blocking front can make for a HUGE different in damage and deaths.

A 2.9 meter storm surge would have probably caused a small amount of damage and no real problem.

A 3.9 meter storm surge caused MAJOR damage and fourty deaths. The difference may seem small but it is crucial to the fact that 'more intense storms' as forecast by the IPCC will have a major increase in costs.

And others have predicted otherwise:

Global Warming May Spur Wind Shear, Sap Hurricanes

The study, to be published on Wednesday in Geophysical Research Letters, found that climate model simulations show a "robust increase" in wind shear in the tropical Atlantic during the 21st century from global warming.

'Fewer hurricanes' as world warms

Hurricanes and tropical storms will become less frequent by the end of the century as a result of climate change, US researchers have suggested

Increased hurricanes to global warming link: blown away

Study says global warming not worsening hurricanes

WASHINGTON (AP)ó Global warming isnít to blame for the recent jump in hurricanes in the Atlantic, concludes a study by a prominent federal scientist whose position has shifted on the subject.

Not only that, warmer temperatures will actually reduce the number of hurricanes in the Atlantic and those making landfall, research meteorologist Tom Knutson reported in a study released Sunday.

Look at this list of global warming predictions:

So whatever happens, there's a study ready to go.

Yeah... that's some 'science' there, huh?

Anyone can predict a future superstorm, they're guaranteed to happen occasionally, and they have been for as long as mankind has bothered to record them.
Hurricane of July, 1502--Was a storm that the great explorer and discoverer of America, Christopher Columbus, predicted would strike the island of Hispanola. He used his prediction to warn the Governor of Hispanola, Nicholas de Ovando, who had 30 ships in his fleet set sail back to Spain. However, the governor ignored him, and refused Columbus' request to stay in port at Santo Domingo. Within two days the storm struck in the Mona Passage between Hispanola and Puerto Rico, and sank 21 of the 30 ships, and killed approximately 500 sailors.
Was Columbus a climatologist?

Here and now, I predict that another superstorm will make landfall within the next five years, so be prepared.
