The driver's name is Miroslaw Majzner .. he must be a Polish Illegal, right? I mean, if his name was Hector Lopez, this space would be flooded with calls to send the illegals back home to Mexico so .. fair is fair .. let's send all the Polish illegals back to Poland!!

Where do we send the idiots back to, Joe? Because I need to know where to send you.

Seek help, Joe. It sounds like you have some unresolved issues.

Obviously, he is legal. If he was not, he would not have a drivers license. If he had no license, he would have got a ticket. "No tickets issued". LEGALS, welcome.

Polish- I was thinking Czech. Give me a break!
Police said he most likely had the green. So even when it isn't an illegals fault- the illegal bashing comes out or they still get blamed.

Yo Smith, i beg to differ. ONE can acquire a license, legal or not...ok?
The case is usually of one not having insurance...so i hope both did have that. By the way, maybe it is time for an EYE Checkup

I don't think that Majzner is a name with a Polish heritage.

Partly agree. They can get some sort of unofficial ID that tells who they are, but that is not a drivers license. Real/Phoney(stolen blanks or counterfeit drivers license is a different story. They can fool employers to get hired. They look real, however, the cops always check against the computer. Outright bribes to Sec. of State employees could result in a drivers license that is real, the cops computer will even verify it.

I just read another story about this accident. This woman was married and has four children.
All the posts before don't offer condolences to the family, they go after a totally different issue we face in our society.
My thoughts and prayers are with the family at this time. May God give you the strength to get through this tragic loss.

In fact, sad to say it was the woman's fault as the car infront of Mr. Majzer's had to dodge her - the intersection is tricky and those with experience know this area. No tickets were issued because he was NOT AT FAULT. Does it really matter what heritage a person is? Get over it! You people look for scapegoats no matter what. My prayers are with the woman's family as well.

I personally know the family and regardless of the fact if it was her fault or not, no family deserves this at any point in time, especially around the holidays. They are a wonderful family and what really hurts is that she can't even watch her granddaughter grow up into the beautiful little girl she is becoming. Accidents happen and we never thought it would happen to this wonderful loving family. We love and miss you Rosemary!
