Lots of broke, broken down poor people who don't have the sense to avoid the place. They could even take the PACE bus there. Maybe the casino would give bus vouchers so these poor people would have transportation to and from the joint.

IL has one of the highest corporate tax rates in the US not to mention all its rules and regulations. And who could forget the unions! They will be in on every brick laid to every food/bev delivery made. Go to IN, WI, or MI!
