Wishing you a Happy & Healthy 2012. Poor Mrs. Taggert is gonna get a noseful of Mr. Taggert. Did she eat the same meal as you? If so, the playing field is level. LOL!

Happy 2012. No good gas for me, but the mutt got into the trash (again) and not only did he crop dust me and the kitties, but I could actually hear his belly churning and gurgling while making the gas. So glad when he decided to go down onto the floor.

Isn't it amazing just how stinky those doggie farts can be? I have an 8 month old puggle that can clear a room.

Does your dog get under the covers to create a Dutch oven?

Thank goodness no. Not only because of the stink, but because he is a husky, and dealing with the fur on top of the comforter is more than enough to deal with.

I kinda feel sorry for your dog, dealing with a fur coat in the South Florida heat. I'll bet he was grateful for the few days of cold we had a couple of weeks ago.

Were you living in South Florida 35 years ago when it snowed? I used to joke with my Aunt & Uncle that they brought the snow from New York, but they moved down in February '77, just after the snow came & went.

parents who refuse to do the job of parenting then sue the school when they do it, resulting in the adoption of draconian policies to protect the school from frivolous law suits.

You don't realize that detention did not solve the problem. The kid was farting at will, disturbing other students. Arrest was a final course of action. If it were YOUR child in this class, would you want their education interrupted by a prankster?
