If there are any incumbents voted back into office, they definitely need to be conservative. I have been advocating this very same thing of recalling them at the local, state and federal levels for months and years now and I still advocte this recall by vote. Vote all these liberals out of office and vote people into these offices who are our servants, our public servants, not us being the public servants. Too long the public has been the servants and those in office have treated us like we don't exist. There is entirely too much backroom wheeling and dealing at all levels and the federal level is the worst of the lot. There isn't supposed to be any wheeling dealing behind closed doors but serving the needs of the public and the people who elects these people into office. Terminate them, using the voting system. Look hard and long into the candidates beliefs and voting records.

The money is an overpayment by me. It's my money and She{Perdue} is using my money and/or holding it until she thinks she wants to give it to me. I thought N. C. was a great state, but I am beginning to wonder after all the greed is going on down in Raleigh. You cannot trust any of those people, I say vote all them out and start out fresh. New ones cannot be worse than the ones we have now.

I'm sure she'd love to hear from you
(Neocons just hate getting calls from people who are waking up and tired of their crap..so..call her)
Remind her she works for you..(not me anymore..I moved to OK in Oct.)
You should all look up GOOOH.COM ..and google or youtube OATH KEEPERS...DAILYPAUL.COM is another great site...
You really want to have fun with government..When you go pay your property taxes...tell them before you hand over the check..you want to know where every cent is going..because you might not want to fund some programs..

Exactly, and they will garnish wages in a heartbeat. I really have come to hate NC government BS. We now pay 9.25% here in Charlotte for prepared food.

I e-filed on Feb 8th and haven't received my NC refund yet. My best friend filed the same day and received her NC refund along with her Federal the next week. What is the deal? I have a feeling they are doing refunds under a certain amount and holding the higher dollars until after the 15th when they receive their money.

Funny, they will freeze your bank account in a second for money you owe them, but are on purpose holding back refunds to get the last drop of interest out of it. Sorry ba$tards! I like NC, but the government is corrupt and filled with gross mismanagement.

We have to continue to fund massive welfare programs for those who don't choose to look for or get work; wait until these same characters stop paying their real estate taxes. Then the lucky few will be funding liabilities for each county as well as the entire state of NC!

I found this on the dornc site under FAQ. I like the rest of you am over 30 days since i filed for my return. I agree with the posters that say the people in office in NC need to be replaced. but as for getting our refunds with interest here is what the NC DOR says:
"Will I receive interest on my refund? You will receive interest on your refund if your refund is not issued 45 days from April 15 or from the date the return is filed, whichever is later."

I filed on Saturday January 23 and still nothing. When I check the website I get "Your refund has not yet been processed". One would assume they would have to give us an estimated time as to when we will be getting it or at least contact us & explain the reasons as to why we have not received it. I found out from my father in law why we haven't received ours. My husband is in the military & after this we are definitely changing out residence to where we are currently stationed in Kings Bay Georgia.

Yes, same shoes, I E-filed 4 weeks ago, Fed return came back withing 2 weeks, NC, not a peep. They owe me a good sum. I will do what the others suggest, change my status so next year, I owe them. Then I will wait till the last second to send in my money. Vote these liberal crooks out of office.
