Wow Tiff you would be best served to not say anything at all! You just make us look bad with talk like that. What school do you go to, and who let you use their computer? Let adults talk about this issue because you clearly are not qualified.

We appreciate your comments. Peachtree Hills Community has been hit hard by the number of foreclosures in the neighbhorhood which has really had an impact on the up keep up the community. The HOA board is working with the city and several nonprofit organizations to clean up and restore our property to a place we all can gladly call home.
We would encourage those who are unhappy with the situations going on in the community to attend the ANNUAL Community meeting on Friday, May 16th at 6:30 to voice your concerns. The meeting will be held and the McCrory YMCA located off of Beatis Ford Road.

Hi,
I happen to be one of Peach Tree Hills renters with a option to buy. Lived here now for 4 years. We can make a difference if we all appreciate what we have now and what we can end up later on in life. Someting or nothing. From what one child left as a comment, I see some our children in the neighborhood need some serious help. Eventhough my hands is full already, Im one person willing to make a difference and we all can help our future chidren if we all dedicate just one to three hours a week. This where it all starts. Please, can you email me the Home Asociation Address. I did attend the Friday night Meeting . I diffintely is willing to help and make a difference. Please email me at NY2NCJS@yahoo.com.
Thanks,
God Bless

my husband wants to look into buying in this neighborhood but now i really don't think so. Although I know that there are "Tiffs'" every where I just don't think I would like to take a chance on her being my neighbor. I'm sure you all know that her comment is hurting the sells in that neighborhood. I mean who wouldn't want to buy a four bedroom two story home for 99,000. I was. Now I think I will keep looking. No offence to those home owners who are living there and tring to up keep their property and possibly turn things around I know it must be hard. GOOD LUCK! You're going to need it.

PeachTree Hills has come around a lot since I've moved in a couple of years ago in 2007. There use to be a lot of vacant homes which are now occupied. There have been a lot of improvements made. The worst thing I can say about the neighborhood is the little kids who run around and throw rocks at street signs. One quick call to the police and they are walked home to their mothers and the problem is resolved. You can buy a really affordable home in the PeachTree Hills community due to the ecomony. I would highly suggest it. I'm a homeowner and paying less than 600.00 a month for my mortgage which is great and definitely worth the few minor inconveniences of putting up with a few mischievous kids every now and then. I have had no problems with any "Tiffs" in the neighborhood. That is just talk from a teenager who needs to focus on her school work so she can grow up and be somebody! Thank you

Why do you "rent to own"?

Is your credit bad?

Of COURSE your credit is bad

Southerers are not only racists, but they are dead beats who don't pay their bills

They think they can have a $600 a month car payment when they can't afford it

And they also spend alot of money of recreational drugs

Here you are once again, laughing and salivating over the misfortunes of others. What a great human being you are.

BTW, Buffalo is in a lot worse shape. The city owns what, 25 - 35% of all vacant properties due to unpaid taxes. Look to your own back yard before you comment on others.

I guess that you don't read some of the highly racist comments posted on the Buffalo Forum then, do you? I read racist comments there, written by good non-racist New Yorkers, that could have been written by any number of folks from the Deep South.

We don't have a corner on racism. H3ll, we didn't even invent it. That was a Northern thing. They started discriminating against black people as soon as they could. It all in the history, if you care to look it up.

You are one judgemental SOB, aren't you? How do you know that these people took on debts they couldn't honor? Ever hear of layoffs and plant closures? Job losses?

But then, you don't have to worry about that, do you? You lost your little toe and are collecting disability. You have a guaranteed source of income and don't have to work and face job loss. And you pontificate about taking on debt. Get a real job and fact reality, why don't you.

Otherwise, STFU.

Those houses became vacant when the owners died without children. In cities like Charlotte, you have southern idiots who get into mortages and car payments they can't afford, and then they cry for Obama to bail them out.

Bullsh*t! Those houses are empty for the same reason as here.

Houses we can't afford??? Where the H3ll do you get that sh*t. We had good jobs and could pay those mortgages until the Yankee bankers and Wall Street financiers started playing games. It was New York City and those people that brought this upon THE ENTIRE NATION [you (_o_)]. That's right, it's not just the South, it's the ENTIRE NATION. The hardest hit areas are the South and the West. Why? Because that's where people want to live and work. Nobody wants to live in Buffalo except the natives and they are dying off. Oh, and (-o_)'s like you.

But you don't care about that, you just look for any excuse to bash Southern people. That's because you are a bigot and an (_o_).

Go away you annoying POS.

Oh, how much enjoyment are you getting out of watching people in Georgia getting flooded out of their homes? I'll bet you are rolling on the floor laughing whenever you see or hear anything from there. That's because you are worthless.

It's easy to live in you parent's home and feed out of the public trough. You have no worries. You do have one h3ll of a lot of gaul to bash hard working people that misfortune has caught up with.

Get off your lazy, minimally crippled butt, go out, get a job, and earn your way. Then you can criticize. Until then, STFU.
