I found this article interesting. Though Mike denies the POTUS has the authority and needs it highlighted in earlier posted links, this is pretty simple for even for him.

U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry on Sunday rewarded Egypt for President Mohammed Morsi’s pledges of political and economic reforms by releasing $250 million in American aid to support the country’s “Military.” He was a trader in Vietnam and he is a trader now. Just another one of obama losers helping to overthrow our freedom.

As we all agree with your assessment, I find it ironic that when you make this claim everyone agrees but when Taxpayer makes the same claim he's told to put on his tin hat and go hide in a bunker.

Impressive stats, flawed conclusion. If we conclude that $3.07 billion dollars of borrowed money from the US treasury was given to Israel because they made $56 million in bribes to our congress, I can accept that. By bribing our congress, the Isralies skinned US taxpoayers 3.07 billion dollars off an investment in bribes to OUR congress of only $56 million. That is a 548% return, so I understand why they did it. Its our own fault for not imprisoning the corrupt bastards in our US congress. But in assignig blame, you become devious yourself. By July of 2012 the republikans had collected 229.9 million dollars in PAC money,$59.4 million of which came from Israel (remember Twitt in Israel doing fundraisers?). By contrast at the same time democrats had raised only $57.2 million in PAC money,$34 million of which came from Israel. So you see--- Israel gave republikans $25.4 million dollars more than to democrats , and in fact had given more to republikans than the total PAC collections of Democrats. Our congress is totally corrupt, and if measured in dollars you see that the republikans were 167% more corrupt with regards to just Israel.
<quoted text>
Concerning Israel, I can see where they would support the Republicans more, they know which party has there back, but when it comes to Europe, the Middle East, etc..., who gets more money? You guessed it! Surely you remember the Ruler campaigning in Europe and the Middle East in '08 when he raised millions in campaign donations........according to the Washington Post.

<quoted text>If that was our only differences I would not be so bothered. But you take it many steps more by claiming our side is doing this to destroy America. It is a simple difference in philosophy, nothing more.
I am not advocating the government run all of business, just some that are critical for life, like health care, because private industry does not cover all.
But what your side is doing IS destroying America. This IS the problem with your sides philosophy. Albeit you mean well and your intentions are heartfelt, it's the unintended consequences caused by your heartfelt solutions that are destroying this country.
By pumping millions of "fake" dollars into the economy in order to create a false growth is actually creating an inflation bubble that's eventually going to burst and destroy the value of our currency. When this happens we WILL be doomed. The housing bubble will look like a birthday ballon in comparison.
Your side bailed out GM, why? To save jobs, and to protect the union pensions that were promised to the employees. Unintended consequences, the US taxpayers lost $35-$40 billion in the deal that we will never get back, money that should have never been spent. No company is to big to fail!

There is a division of the company called the State that writes down, solemnly, the desires of the company, and calls the finished product The Law. We are supposed to take this law very seriously, indeed, as seriously as a prior age took the Deity; and never, take it into our own hands, meaning, to interpret it ourselves, or disregard it if it seems foolish or harmful. However, since the authors of the law claim to represent us, and acting on our behalf, we would seem to be exactly the people to take the law into our hands, examine it, and give it whatever respect it deserves.
Not in this government, if the Rulers decide they want our money, they ask their legislative division to write down that desire in formal, rather stilted and often confusing, language. A new law! The sad fact is that the victims of this law not only hand over “their” money to the Rulers, but dispense harsh criticism upon any of their peers who attempt to resist this predation. Being “law-abiding” is thought by some to be akin to virtue, although abiding by the law simply means abiding by the wishes of the Rulers. The slaves on the plantation were “law-abiding”.

Hello Waco! It never occurred that anything I regularly read would have any relevance to the conversations I've had on this forum and boy, was I wrong! I just stumbled on this and could not resist rushing here to re-post it just for you. When you first spun this fable to me? I told you nothing of the sort ever happened...Period. Now, this is from a published journal entry but pretty much describes how those lads really roll!

'3 friends (well, one of them is a friend) of mine from my college days are on a lengthy visit to Ireland. They're all pretty big dudes.... played football during college (not a top college though) and are more prone to 'throw down'.

Well, turns out they were making fun of some "goofy looking fookers" (as my friend put it) and it ended up with them getting their asses beat. I guess the guys were kind of scraggly looking and appeared to be acting tough. So the 3 guys I know started making fun of them. There wasn't much exchanging of pleasantries and these 4 guys just started brawling right then and there with my friend(s).
My friend said "they didn't look like much", but, they were tough enough to beat 3 pretty big hombres.
One of the guys from my college was so shook up by it that he's flying back to america.

Anyway, it was shortly after that someone outside the bar said "just leave the travellers alone".

P.S. Some of the greatest boxers today and in history have been ITs (Irish Travellers) Bare-knuckle fighting originated in the Irish Traveller community as the only way to settle 'issues'. It's actually very high stakes gambling. Those 'purses' are enormous by the time they get around to beating each other up.
Non-Traveller Irish lads have had to step up their game for any time they row with them in pubs themselves. Fists, knives and bombs...The Irish way.
Buh-bye!

Lol and I agree. As you can see it has been pretty quiet on this forum today except for poor old Taxpayer who could probably hear himself echo. Lol. Must be a loose board in the pig pen today. Don't know where Waco is, the signed in one anyway. As I understand he is sometimes highly medicated for depression and severe bipolar disorder. After reading some of his posts you can see that it doesn't take rocket science to figure that one out:)
