I would prefer a government option.
Therein lies our difference in philosophies. I believe it's the govts job to create a business friendly environment to where private businesses have the opportunity to compete for survival and to let the free markets determine success. You believe that govt should also own a business in that environment which creates an unlevel playing field because its they who make the rules.

<quoted text>Silver, Duke Power's shareholders will be on the hook for the money and as you suggest, any remaining balance will be absorbed by Duke's customers. Mike probably doesn't see this as stealing. Mike is so freaking clueless about anything Dem or the POTUS. He has called me a liar about Obama stating he can kill American citizens at will, without a trial on American or any soil. I have a site the unenlightened one may want to read:

Yes ma'am. But watch. Someone will try to part hairs over what the spokesmen said. But even the "post it notes" gets passed on to the customers! Hahaha!

Now, now. Don't be a crabby-pants, Missy. It may be Monday but we all know such attitude is 'unchristianlike' when someone else wishes you a good morning.

TSF, I totally agree with your post. Mike, can't see the forest for the trees. He has bought into everything anyone with a (D) by their name says, including the POTUS and he actually believes them. His downfall will be putting his trust instead of his own well being into the hands of people that don't give two hoots in the wind about him. When the POTUS makes the comment that he can kill citizens of the country at will he has been elected to lead and someone like Mike doesn't give pause to such a remark, you've got to wonder if the guy is playing with a full deck.

Yea, the only good thing that came out of that resolution along with the Twitt campaign was that the American people got to see first hand what fantastic liars you bunch really are.
