Sorry to destroy you perception of what you think you know about me. I know plenty of people that have done all the things you mentioned and some were good friends of mine. However, Arnold's declaration of "Strange how the Democrats are the real patriots. We can to get things done to improve our country for ALL OF OUR CITIZENS as oppossed to just parading around wearing US flag ties, lapel pins and "talking" the patriot game as we exclude so many groups of people." is straight up BS. I didn't claim moral superiority, I just pointed out that ALL democrats are not the patriots Arnold claims. Hey, what happened to the day when people couldn't own their own failures and those of people they're associated with. No one is perfect, no political party is perfect, and no one has cornered the market on patriotism. No one is believing their own lies and BS but Arnold and apparently you've gotten a whiff.
I plan on staying here in this country that I love in order to make it a stronger nation. What are your plans?

I'll go back and try to find it in a little while. It was hard to get the names of the people as they were giving the guy reporting and filming the video an ass whipping and they weren't taking names. They were trying to get out before they were beaten half to death. It was video about the pissed off union workers in Wisconsin that were burning the flag along with OWS scum.
Gee Bacon, I always thought that the right to petition government with a grievance was a part of the First Amendment. Do you mean to tell me that protesting now needs to be outlawed and removed from the Constitution? Was the jounalist not pushing the agenda against the protesters and when duly warned, didn't leave the scene as any reasonable person would do? Wasn't that the right wing troublemaker, Jesse Watters, from Fox News on the ass whipping end? Scum? That is what we call all protester, of course, with the exception being the Tea Party with all their racially motivated signs and language against a black President?

If that was the guy filming the video, you seem to know more about it than I do. You've asked and answered your own question. Wasn't there some flag burning going on? North Carolina has given control of the state to republikans and they are on a rampage. They have decided that the way to fix the economy is to elimiate state income taxes (paid mostly by the high income earners) and shift the taxes burden toward higher sales taxes for food, cars, gasoline and everything required to subside in todays economy. This way the rich can pay less and the poor can pay more. Another law already passed giving each and every attorney in every law firm an ADDITIONAL $50,000 tax break will most certainly fix our outrageous unemployment.
Outlawing clean air and water is just a trade off /pay off for republikans who have solved the global warming issue by passing a law against the sea rising.
As you can see, we are rapidly being moved forward to the 18th century.
Republicans haven't had full control of NC in over 120 years and now before they ever meet to discuss the future of our state, you're whining that the sky is falling! WTF? What have the Commucrats or a bipartisan state govt given us? We rank 32nd in education, unemployment is $2.8B in debt (4th highest in the nation), our tax burden comes in 17th (second highest in the south), etc... I'd ask how much worse can it get?
You claim you want higher taxes for the wealthy and for everyone to "pay their fair share." I say that's exactly what the Gov's tax reform proposal is! News flash, the wealthy don't pay an income tax so by doing away with it isn't a tax break for the rich, it's actually putting more money into the pockets of those that earn a paycheck and by slightly increasing the taxes on "sales, food, cars, gas, and everything required to subside in today's economy", it's actually requiring EVERYONE to pay their fair share! The poor will still have their free money to spend, the middle class will have more money to spend, and the wealthy spend money anyways. You would think the Commucrat party would be ecstatic because your party loves to spend.....oh wait, you love to spend someone else's money, When you look at the states that have this tax system, they all rank near the bottom when it comes to state debt per person with the exception of Florida.
I haven't heard the of the tax break for attorney's, I'll have to get back to you on that one.
The clean air/water is just pure demagoguery on the Commucrats part, you guys are masters of fear mongering. Along with fracking and off shore drilling, the Gov announced today the approval of three windmill farms (clean energy) off the coast of NC, where the wind actually blows, where they stand to create thousands of public AND private sector jobs!
If we're headed to the 18th century, it has to be better than where we are today!

BTW, "moving forward" is also a Communist/Marxist phrase, look it up....Comrade.

No I do not beleive in one party rule, I believe in democracy. They use hate , fear mongering and pseudo ideology to win over the uneductated freaks who will follow them and vote tax breaks to the rich. As a registered independent, I looked seriously at Mitt Romney as a presidential candidate. I thought it possible that he would emerge as a leader. But he seemed to campaign against himself by insulting the British, by declaring that indigent students should forgo college loans because they could just "borrow the money from their parents", by insulting a huge segment of the voters with inane comments revealing that he was not a Mitt but a TWITT. Now , I have to endure 4 more years of whining from republikans who fail to realize that their loss was the result of presenting an idiot for a condidate.
<quoted text>
This country was founded as a Republic, NOT a democracy.
It's shocking to me the the democrat party has become the party of communist and it's even more scary that the dumb masses have fallen right in line and they don't even realize it. If you actually take the time to read and comprehend the Communist Manifesto and you study the democrat/liberal/progressive ideology, the similarities are frightening! Our founders worded the Constitution, the Declaration, etc to protect against the very agenda your party is pursuing. I would like to say your party was infiltrated by wackos but unfortunately your agenda dates back to Woodrow Wilson. Your party is guilty of fear mongering and demagoguery, remember Biden saying if the Republicans were elected they would put the blacks back into chains? Tax breaks for the rich, do you not realize that it's the rich that make our economy go round? When has a poor man EVERY offered you a job? Your party's latest tax increase on the rich was actually a tax increase on the middle class. BTW, class warfare is also from the manifesto.
As far as Romney, he wasn't my first choice but he was the choice pushed by the party's elite, which IMO is the problem with the Republican Party, it's the elite that is out of touch with their supporters. Romney, being a businessman, could've done wonders for our economy. Do you also realize that Obama's first cabinet had less private sector business experience, 7%, than any other Presidential cabinet in history? It's no wonder this country's economy is in the shape it's in. As far as insulting the British, they're socialist, screw them, they can get over it. As far as college tuition, a lot of college students shouldn't be in college anyways just as not everyone is not cut out to be homeowners. I'm not against education but most accumulate massive debt to be professionally indoctrinated only to graduate and find there are no jobs available in the fields where they majored. They amass a hundred thousand in debt so they can make $44k a year....you can make that without a college degree. Concerning the 47%, that is the facts. If the truth hurts, oh well.
Now thanks to the professionally indoctrinated youth and a good part of the 47%, we have to endure four more years of a man who cares more about himself and his legacy than he does the future of this great nation. Luckily, the voters were responsible enough to leave the Republicans in charge of the House. Full control by the Commucrats gave us the largest, most damaging social program this country will ever see and quite possibly the end of our Republic as we know it.......Obamacare!

Hey Waco, I read this online and LMAO, thought you may find it amusing as well.

"The governor of California is jogging with his dog along a nature trail. A coyote jumps out and attacks the governor’s dog, then bites the governor. The governor starts to intervene, but reflects upon the movie Bambi and then realizes he should stop because the coyote is only doing what is natural.

He calls animal control. Animal control captures the coyote and bills the state $200 for testing it for diseases and $500 for relocating it. He calls a veterinarian. The vet collects the dead dog and bills the state $200 for testing it for diseases. The governor goes to the hospital and spends $3,500 getting checked for diseases from the coyote and getting his bite wound bandaged.

The running trail gets shut down for six months while the California Fish and Game Department conducts a $100,000 survey to make sure the area is now free of dangerous animals. The governor spends $50,000 in state funds implementing a ‘coyote awareness program’ for residents of the area. The Legislature spends $2 million to study how to better treat rabies and how to permanently eradicate the disease throughout the world.

The governor’s security agent is fired for not stopping the attack. The state spends $150,000 to hire and train a new agent with additional special training, re: the nature of coyotes. People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) protests the coyote’s relocation and files a $5 million suit against the state.

The governor of Texas is jogging with his dog along a nature trail. A coyote jumps out and tries to attack him and his dog. The governor shoots the coyote with his state-issued pistol and keeps jogging.

The governor spent 50 cents on a .380-caliber, hollow-point cartridge. Buzzards ate the dead coyote.

And that, my friends, is why California is broke and Texas is not."

I ask you those questions to make you think for a moment about the party you are blindly supporting. If you have no defense, I will tell you why the Republicans did not outlaw all abortions when they had the opportunity. Here is the answer. The party elite don't really want abortions to end. Why? Because if outlawed, every Republican candidate on every level of government could not use the Pro life mantra in all their campagin literature and all the dumbasses that believe this bs would not vote for them. That is the exact reason why. All the backwoods Baptist that vote Republican would be lost for something to vote Republican for. By the way, Republicans use this same political tactic for guns and gays. It keeps the ignorant motivated.

Just because someone does not fall all over themselves to give Israel and the Jews our national treasury and fight their wars for them, does not make one an anti semite. I am not an anti semite, but I think it is absurd how evangelicals still believe that Jews are God's chosen people . I believe that after the Jews killed Jesus, they lost their "chosen" status. Jews are no better or worse than any other people and they deserve no special status in the USA regardless of how much the Zionist owners of the news media propagandize.

Pro,

We are in agreement that the republican party's elite leaders (actually bribed crooks) have ruined the party. It just doesn't look good when the speaker (weeper) of the house is passing out PAC checks on the floor of the US house or representatives.
Poor people dont create jobs? BS. You have been brainwashed by the elite. My very first job at age 11 was provided by a poor man who paid me 25 cents per hour to pull corn, throw it into a wagon and then transfer load after load into a corn crib. Later I(being poor) recognized that I got more money by collecting the profits off my own labor, so I created my own job and jobs for others. Dont believe that "rich job creator " myth, its BS to get idiots to vote them tax breaks that the rest of society does not enjoy..
Yes, education has always been expensive,as are most all valuable commodities. No, education does not automatically open doors , but not having it certainly slams them closed. Even Bobby Jindal said this week that the republican party must stop being the party of stupid. Duh!! He is the first republikan to recognize that. What does that say about republikans?
I disagree that Mitt Romney is a businessman in the sense that he creates jobs or anything else. Romney is a vulture capatilist who raids the work already done by others and the money already made by others.
I oppose abortion, gun control, gay marriage, federal overreach, and particularily wealth redistribution to the rich who already get the most welfare and deserve it the least..

God did not choose the Jews because the were good.

Most of th men that God chose to work through were deeply flawed: Abraham gave his wife to other men to get what he wanted. Jacob was a liar. Moses was a murderer. David was an adulterer and murderer. Solomon was a sex addict.

God chose these people not because of who they were but because of who he is.
