I've also never seen anyone on here no matter how much we disagree, wish death or even sickness on another person with the exception of this person. Must be such a difficult burden to carry such apathy. As despicable a person as I find him, I still can't find it in me to wish death, sickness or any tragedy for him in his life's journey.
Well I can.I hope he gets run over by a cement truck and takes awhile to check out.

Bacon I consider the source. The posters on here are far too intelligent to give this soul a second thought. We are good people and have agreed to disagree with self respect and grace. Hope you are well.

My proposal is an across the board tax on ALL income which , yes, would include capital gains. The only real "producers" are those who are raising the crops, building the cars, furniture, trucks tractors and various manufactured products, building the homes, factories, businesses, bridges , roads, designing equipment, buildings, drilling wells and pumping oil& gas, mining coal, driving trucks, fixing machines, etc., training new producers, teaching survival skills to the young, etc.
The bankers, brokers, realtors, vulture capitalist , bean counters, etc produce nothing and are nothing but parasites on the system, more so than than all the welfare crack heads, baby mommas, and food stamp recipients added together. I am all for efficiency and elimination of deadbeats on the system. That is why I would start with the most expensive deadbeats first, the ones who are killing us through exemptions, exclusions, incentives, subsidies, no bid contracts, loop holes, kickbacks, corruption, bribery, bid rigging. and a host of scams too numerous to name.

The actual majority of moochers are the wealthy who are consuming 1.3 trillion dollars per year in tax breaks, tax exemptions, loop holes , subsidies, incentives, etc. The sum total of ALL programs to the less fortunate is less than 0.8 trillion per year. Socialism for the rich is worse because it cost more money to taxpayers. I propose to eliminat ALL socialism. That includes the pampered rich.
Investor wrote:
<quoted text>I never said democrats weren't rich or buisness owners...Mike, just pointing out the obvious. The moochers almost outnumber the producers already and a majority of the moochers are democrats. If, for easy math, the rich/business owners are split 50/50, if the Repubs disappear, the US would become Greece instantly but if the demos disappear, there would still be more producers than moochers.
Common sense...or thanks to govt education I like to call it uncommon sense.

Papa John has the ability to work his employees as many hours as he likes. That does not make this self-aggrandizing piece of garbage a hero. The more you have...the more you gotta have.WEALTH is power.Absolute power corrupts absolutely.

TSF any comments you make indicating that the rich aren't gods probably won't go well here.Fact is the rich need the non-rich to do their work your them and to staff their sweatshops.Having said that the eastern power unions are the worst examples of unions i've ever seen.Real scum.

As long as, he pays overtime. No it doesn't make him a "hero". It makes him a businessman with a product that you and I, or the general public, want enough to require him to need employees to work overtime for paycheck they receive, so they can go buy new clothes, shoes,(my fav.) cars, vacations, engagement rings, pay for weddings for daughters, etc...The President has absolute power, is he corrupt?

PLEASE, explain the alternative to the businesses hiring people and doing well. Being able to expand, hire more, give pay raises, offer benefits, promotions, all this to people who WANT them. Those that do not don't have to walk in the door and ask for the job.

It is always amusing to see working class republikans insist that the rich deserve welfare from taxpayers but resent the poor who do likewise . What is really stupid is that the rich are enjoying the most socialism benefits and cost the most tax money. These republikan $hit birds hope that the droppings from the rich posteriors might contain a morsel for them if they support the rights of the royalty class. That idea is the so called trickle down theory. I call it tinkle down .

Are you sure you want to get into this? The president..in point of fact..is FAR from possessing absolute power! See how much he can get done without the republican HOUSE! Every move the president makes is scrutinized and criticized.Bill Gates has more power than the president..more leeway to work behind the scenes as a power broker.Plus several other billionaires in the world no one had ever heard of.Who STAY behind the scenes..where the real power lies...in total anonymity.But...I LOVE your moxie!

Veto power goes a long way. Bill Gates is a private citizen and has power over HIS empire. Same with every other billionaire. Explain how the President just got a 40 million dollar house in Hawaii. With a little help from his friends. So did Clinton and Bush. People are being laid off because of the power of the President right now. Being scrutinized and criticized does not mean the President's policies will not passed. They may be "repealed" later. It's still a process.
