<quoted text>Your question belies your simplistic republikan perspective and general lack of understanding of education in general and public education in particular. Poor performing students need teachers with advanced training and skills. Poor performance can be the result of low IQ, emotional problems, alcoholic parents, substance abuse , vision impairment, hearing impairment, malnutrition, child abuse, endocrine imbalances , epilepsy , expressive aphasias, cognitive disorders and other medical problems, lack of sleep, social turmoil, grief, anger and a wide range of unresolved interpersonal issues--to name just a few of the problems a teacher might have in just one class of poor performing students or even average students for that matter.
So do you think you could hire a person with the required knowledge and skills to be a great teacher in such an environment off the street and pay them less than a brick masons helper makes?.
Public school system, yes. Private schools, no.

Well, if you had actually paid attention to the conversation instead of drinking the bong water, you would see that pro discussed going to Costa Rica. If he decides to fire all his employees, liquidate his assets, take the money and run, his right as owner. Dow jones already down 300 points, and it will only get worse. And I don't have a yacht. I have a 27' Mako moron.
Keep toking on your bong hippie.
I try to avoid fully reading your posts andI stand corrected so forgive me for being presumptious. So my post was aimed at Pro and Bacon which leads me to this question; if you have plan B in effect and C,D, and E are a phone call away then I will presume you are going underground with the tunnel you built and what? You said you were going to sell your house and go where? lol I just do not like you period and I know exactly who you are. And your Mako to me is a tin can. I think you lie more than our President and Twitt and I just do not see you being all fuzzy with your wife and as you put it she is the boss. You my man are so full of crap that my dog can smell you a mile away and he died a few years back. You are an unlikeable guy like Mike only he does not pretend to be anything else, although he denies it. Miserable men period. And you both are the biggest bores on this planet, I mean forum. Btw, you did se a Feudian slip as Mike Pointed out. lol

And one excuse for not being effective at your job is as good as the next. From my perspective the parents and students bear responsibility but you guys were pretty clear that the responsibility lies with in the teacher and school system. So again I ask, is it ok to pay a teacher less for poor performance of said students? Because , in reality, you are not rewarded for poor behavior or performance.

Are you talking about students that perform poorly in maths or sciences or are you referring to special needs students?

Silver or Mike would never hire anybody who was not of the caucasian race even if the man or woman they "hired" had a IQ level way below the more qualified applicant for the job. Real simple: they are both racists and we have no room or tolerance in my world for that mentality. I find it very hard for Obama to suddenly be able to come to some kind of compromise after four years of failing in The House. Although Obama might not be your president, but he is my President and the American People's President. I gave him a chance and he did not perform. So Twitt was indeed the lesser of two Evils, so if you cannot come to terms to Obama being your President for the next four years, then GTFOOOC. You are what is wrong with our country and if you cannot accept our CIC, then it's best you pack your bags A-hole. ALMOST everyone respectable has conceded with Twitt's loss as has Twitt.

Your first sentence says all. You know squat. And since you're not in the need to know of what my plans are or sign any of my checks, you know precisely dick. Glad you don't like me because feeling is mutual. And your only claim to fame is showing me on topix? Thanks for the laugh.

They have a problem far worse than snakes. Watch the video I just sent Lu :)

Hey, if we make it down there and get settled in, nothing we'd like better than for you two to visit. The house we're looking at has a "maid's quarter." If you're going to play the "french maid" scenario, all we ask is that we don't hear it.!!!!:):)

I actually thought it was a joke at first and then the longer I watched, it became apparent the man was serious as a heart attack.

Seven, this ole sore loser has worked and earned the right to live anywhere I want to. I hope the best for you and your lady and one day you guys will figure out there's more reasons than legalized pot, gay marriage and everything else you think that's so great in the U.S. to stay here. Family becomes more important, and a stress free lifestyle becomes more important.

That is flat out more scary than a man wielding lit match on a propane tank farm.

Just mind boggling that this is what Democrat/Socialist Americans are totally cool with or willing to accept.

And as the world unfolds, I am all for corporate America screwing over middle America now. I think they should take their money and run. Put All America in unemployment and the rich enjoy their entitlements.
