Belmont needs to buy this ASAP to be part of the new river park. It's both and eyesore and hazard.

It would be nice to have a public boat landing there. Currently it's littered with needles and broken liquor bottles. It's beside Dales and you see folks there at all hours fishing and doing whatever. It's private property that's been abandoned so it's not policed and not safe after dark.
