Based on these Factors:

–Absence of Prosecutions for racial hate crimes despite compelling evidence

–Civil-rights-related lawsuits

–Regulatory/Legal actions against bank “Redlining”

–Census data on Ethnic concentrations/ Poverty by neighborhood

-Correlation of race with income

– Segregation of race by neighborhood

-Totally or almost Totally Segregated Public School Systems

Extremely Poor Racial Relations; Fewer Business Opportunities for Minority Residents

-Huge Disparities in the Academic gains of Minority Students versus Caucasian Students

-Large number of Failing or Poor Performing Schools being kept open for Minority Students for the sole purpose of maintaining a Segregated Public School System

-Disproportionate number of Black College Grads with good GPAs having to accept low paying jobs versus their White Counterparts who may have earned lower GPAs

-Serious Lack of Diversity in Cultural Resources for Non-Caucasian residents

-City and County Leaders intentionally making Minority Property Owners (Homes) pay Higher Taxes than Caucasian Property Owners.(Example: In the city of Charlotte, NC where the majority of all the African-American Homeowners pay higher Property Taxes then their Caucasian Counterparts.)

I read the link, but I do not see where any of the factors are backed-up with Verifiable statistics. No matter what you rate "X" amount of cities by (crime, weather, disease, obesity etc.), there is always going to be "X" amount that did better than others. So what? Racisim is bad. What are the top 20 cities that had the most reverse discrimination?, and who cares?

Obama won Mecklenburg county (Charlotte), which is about 60% white.

I am not saying that he did not win Mecklenburg. Read the statement again, and try to digest it. The whole topic here was calling Charlotte racist. This is not the case, which your own statement supports as well.
The people that were opposed to his ideas were more vocal about it here, and when approached were less willing to listen. Not accepting someone based on politics is far from deserving of the label of racist.
Just like what is going on in Illinois right now, if we don't get our way, YOUR RACIST.

I did not see Forsythe County in Georgia which is the most racist in the country. Oprah went down there and did a show.
