Gene Smith is the most dishonest and GREEDY person I have ever had the displeasure of meeting, he is currently doing many shady transactions with his company in Concord called Medical Mobility Center, including back-billing the handicapped for transactions he said was going to write off. He owes ex-employees MULTIPLE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS, and is keeping the money coming into the company from Medicare to himself, and not paying employees. He is illegally charging Medicare by batteries and doing repairs to wheelchairs that are not needed while taxpayers, such as ourselves, pay for them. He is SCUM, stay away!!!

the complaints haven't gotten to the right people yet - that's why. but that is in the process of happening. he has stepped up as it were and moved on to several other federal offenses - that various ex employees have proof of.
