This should be a boon to other Swiss banks, especially those without a U.S. presence who can't be threatened by the thugs in Washington.

I expect that many clients will be moving assets after this. And maybe the Swiss can finally get this into their Constitution which hopefully, unlike the Amerikan government, the Swiss authorities actually follow.
