I disagree with this decision. Undergoing a 90-day psychiatric evaluation is not serving a sentence committing for a crime. He needs to be locked up, regardless of whether he's rich or not. He's sick in the head & I hope he doesn't plan on returning to the US. This country can do without people like that.

Only goes to show that money talks. If it were his daughter he might see the victom in a different light. His being a victom as a holocaust survivor must not have made a very big impression on him. Rape is a crime and he should be labled as an abuser for life just like all the other people who do the crime. It doesn't appear that he is remorseful. Just thinking of himself. He is pathetic and should be considered dangerous and kept away from children. He is scum of the earth, and getting away with a crime.
