You should explain what "over the air" TV is and how it is different from that which is supplied by cable.
Much of the information given uses language that may not be understood: such as, analog TV, Standard definition TV, internal digital tuner, etc.

Ken - KNTV is on digital channel 12. Once the box finds it and tunes it in, it will "remap" it so that it appears as 11.
